My furnace and air conditioner were replaced expertly by Lazaro and Oscar. They were professional, on time, and kept me updated on their progress during the installation as well as when they would be done. They were friendly and provided all the information I needed. Since joining Premier as Club members a few years ago, we have been really pleased with their service. The technicians have been helpful, speedy, and friendly. I appreciate that they informed me around 45 minutes in advance of their arrival at my place so that I wouldn't have to wait around all day for them. I really value their candor in explaining to me all the service alternatives (together with their associated fees) and how they would or would not benefit our property. I have never felt under any pressure to upgrade or add services. Premier Heating & Cooling will be there for us when we need them, and we appreciate that!Review from Hermes L

I set up a $69 special promotion AC tune-up appointment. When the technician arrived, I was happy to see him because he was punctual, well-groomed, courteous, and professional. He also showed respect for my home by removing his shoes before entering. He was sincere and positive in his outlook. He gave me information without pressuring me to use him for further services. Premier has my trust, and I would use them again in the future if they kept their advertised specials.Review from Jose R

My installation technician was Mike, who was very cordial and helpful. He arrived on time, was explicit about what he would do before the service, successfully communicated during the installation, and then talked me through what he performed and how to utilize the new equipment. There were no unexpected charges on the invoice; I paid precisely what I had been quoted, and the job was finished in the anticipated time frame. Everything was tidy when he departed after making sure I was happy with the work. Overall, it was a good experience.Review from Kevin C

Working with Premier Heating & Cooling has been fantastic. They are reasonably priced and competent. We requested estimates from five businesses, but we ultimately chose Premier since they were the most informed and open about what we required in terms of a new HVAC system. Oscar and Victor, the installers, were superb! They labored for ten hours at our home without ever displaying signs of annoyance or frustration. Very warm and well-kept. Even the setting of our Google Nest thermostat was assisted by them.Review from Jenny G

We booked an online appointment. It was very easy and straightforward. While you don’t have a rough time estimate of when a technician will show up on your appointed day, the text updates were nice and have a heads up a half hour beforehand. Victor was outstanding from beginning to end. Since he didn't have the necessary part in his vehicle because it was special order, he quickly went to the nearest supplier, bought what he required, and returned to fix my air conditioner. As a result, my house is finally starting to cool down. Victor will finally allow us to rest after three days of suffering! Once again, thank you for everything you did. You were such a kind guy. Abel and his company Premier Heating & Cooling, Inc do not back their product. I had a new AC installed by them in May 2023 and by June 2023 my unit is making an awful noise like it is off balance. I called over a dozen times in a seven day period, and left msgs on voicemail and his answering service but they never returned my call. I went to their office and left notes there but they continue to ignore my requests for help. These are the same numbers that went directly to Abel the owner when I was considering them to install the system. I have been played a fool and I recommend you hire a different company. They do not stand behind their promise of service. Stay away from these liars.Review from Efrain O

Abel immediately emerged. He was very friendly, promptly identified the issue with our AC, and immediately fixed it. So appreciative of the service, and I now have a comfortable house. He did not try to overcharge us, and the total was far lower than I had expected. Excellent service and value from a fantastic guy! The only business I would suggest or work with going forward.
