I have been charged twice for the carpet cleaning done on 1/16/23 at *** ******* ********* ********** ** [see attached billing]... charged on the day i made the appointment, 1/13/23, and then on the day after they cleaned the carpet on 1/17/23. I explained to the cleaners, that I had already paid when given an invoice. I did not present the charge card. I phoned the company and spoke to the same person who I had made the cleaning appointment with and who gave me the estimate. He was very adamant about their security using credit card information. He apologized for the error and said he was going to check his files and get back to me in 5 minutes. I was never contacted and was unable to get any response by leaving phone messages. I also tried to text a copy of the bill to him at the business phone number. I then mailed a copy of the billing and sent it to the owners, ***** *** **** *****, along with a note that they should call me about a refund or reimbursement.
