Got my car radiator fixed. JULY this year.....On way home car wasn't driving correctly, got home. Called company they came to my house. Said the hose from radiator to transmission fell off because he didn't make sure it was secured, HE said. Transmission no longer works because fluid spilled out from hose falling off. Company said they will fix it. They will pay for it, they will tow it. That never happened. I needed a rental car so I could get to work. They said no way, we are only fixing it. A week went by - nothing from company. Monday of this week they send a text saying this week they will pick up truck. So far - nothing. I just want them to fix my transmission - which they caused the damage to it- so I can use my truck to go to work!!! They said they will do it - they should just do it IN TIMELY MANNER!!! I got texts stating they will fix it for free and they will pay for the tow. I want it fixed ASAPBusiness response

We performed repairs on said customers vehicle July 2024 with that being said customer was driving home and had a transmission line blow off. I immediately dropped what i was doing and went to help the customer we saw the issue and fixed the line and put transmission fluid back in it. The vehicle no longer moved due to being ran with no transmission fluid. We then came to a conclusion that i would fix it at my shop for free after a week or so i receive a message from the customer stating another shops gonna do the repair and he will send me the bill. I informed the customer that that's not what we agreed on and i would only fix for free at my shop. I've reached out to the customer multiple times after this to schedule to get the truck towed back to my shop and i get no responses. I can not fix the vehicle without it being in my possession. I still agree to repair the vehicle at my facility i will not pay another shops bill.Customer response

Week of the 7th They said they were coming to pick up the truck.They never did no response.Then a week later they said they're coming to pick up my truck they never did. No other response. When I contacted BBB and we called shop saying We are bringing the truck to be fixed and sending you the bill! THAT is when shop called back. Truck is repaired. I have lost rages , I am out $1000 in renting a car!!! Shop will get a bill or will be contacted by my lawyer. Just horrible. Losing my job and company is alright with this!!!! Horrible
