  I have in text message he was supposed to come back and finish the job and never showed up. When I called, he cursed me out and threatened to vandalize my boat if I left him a bad review. His initial quote was $1000 when the job was over i met him there and he said it would be another $1600 which was never discussed or agreed to. The only reason i paid it without protest is because i felt threatened and wanted to get out of there. i called him after the fact and said it was shocking the bill was more than doubled and im not comfortable with it but would feel alot more comfortable with the increased amount if he at least finished the work, he said he would the folowing monday, he confirmed in the morning he was coming and then he never showed up. when i called and said im leaving a bad review he threatened to vandalize my boat.

  *** and I agreed to a set price of $1000 for detailing said boat. Included polishing & waxing inside and outside of boat, removing rust stains, and polishing t top. Then we agreed to $65 hrly rate for removing and replacing rod hood screws, hatches for access to rear of boat, and storage container on rear of boat. Removing old caulk on gunnels, hatches, and center console, and re caulking gunnels hatches, and center console. Replacing 8 cup holders with stainless cup holders, moving broken cleat on front of boat from starboard to port side. Degreasing engine, and applying corrosion protection on engine. Originally we quoted *** 2 days, but *** added more work along the way and quoted several times please take your time. I DONT MIND PAYING MORE. Overal took 2 additional days to complete said list above. Equaling to 21 hrs of labor x $65 hrly rate not including original quote of $1000 for just said detail. *** and i went over over the boat when we completed the work. And he said he was very happy with results, he would be recommending me to his friends. *** asked me to remove 2 broke screws from hatches and barnacles under the boat  that were not agreed to originally I said I would  do them that night, but it got dark and was not able to complete. I told *** I would return the following Monday. Over the weekend I received several phone calls and texts of harassment saying I scammed him and took advantage of him.We simply talked it over and he agreed he was unfair with accusations. Monday came around and I called as I was on my way to his location where the boat was parked. I never received a phone or text back until later in the day so I did not show up that day. Afternoon I again received more phone calls and texts of harassment and false accusations. I again told him I would return and he insisted that I don’t return. So I left it alone. Then a few days later received more texts of he was reporting me for his sake of false accusations. *** paid me as soon as walked over the boat when we originally finished. I asked him several times are you happy with the outcome of the boat and every single time I asked he said yes beyond happy. I am not sure where the false accusations are coming from. I emailed him a invoice of list of parts replace, with amounts of parts, said quote of detail, and said quote of hourly rate.
