We hired **** Barrett in January 2022 to do pavers, a fire pit and bench in our backyard the quoted price was $8500 and he required a $5100 deposit. We were told the pavers were on back order and he would start the work as soon as they were in. They started clearing the yard almost 6 months later the pavers were put in January 2024. In February 24 the borders started cracking. I informed **** of this and asked when will he come to fix this as well as finish the rest of the work. He stated the next week I have not been able to contact him since then. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach him but he does not respond.Customer response

I received a call this evening from Mr. ********************** and he has requested 3 weeks to resolve this issue by completing work and repairing what needs to be repaired.Initial Complaint

Barretts Landscaping took payment for work that was completed ****************************************************** , paving job with landscaping $13,800 never touched . ************* only demo work completed , kitchen , bathrooms , flooring, electrical , plumbing , landscaping, driveway , painting , trim , doors never completed after payment
