On 3/22/2024 I arrived with my friend to Space Coast Harley, for him to purchase a motorcycle. I had previously gave a deposit to test ride a motorcycle of $500. When we arrived we were separated and I was manipulated to signing a deal to purchase a motorcycle. I was told "your friend is signing the same thing" I am 68 years old on a fixed income of approximately $1100 a month. I am not physically able to ride a motorcycle. I asked repeatedly if I could test ride a motorcycle and was denied. I was confused and walked out of the store with a loan for $1100 per month and no motorcycle. The next day I called to cancel the sale and was given the run around. Now a month later, I received my first monthly bill and Space Coast Harley has the motorcycle. Space Coast Harley is refusing to cancel the sale. I believe this is elder abuse and the company is unwilling to cancel the sale and still has possession of the motorcycle

I would like to return the motorcycle to the Space Coast Harley Davidson dealership and receive the pro rated value of the vehicle based upon having driven the vehicle for **** miles and, in addition, repaid a $592 servicing charge. When initially purchasing the vehicle from Space Coast Harley Davidson Dealership on October 28, 2023, I also purchased approximately $6,500 in warranty coverages. This included a Priority Maintenance Agreement in the amount of $2,299. I was led to believe that all warranties offered nationwide servicing of the vehicle. Under this belief, on November 22,2023, I brought the motorcycle to another Harley Dealership for the ***** miles servicing and after the motorcycle was serviced, I was charged $592 because, as informed after the servicing, I was not in the Harley Davidson nationwide system and therefore not entitled to receive free servicing. I had no choice but to pay the bill in order to have the motorcycle released. Immediately, on November 22,2023, I contacted Space Coast Harley Davidson and after conversations with *********************************** in the finance department, the customer relations manager, and *******************************, the General Sales ******** I was informed by ******************, on or about November 27th, that I would receive a check in the mail for the total amount of $592. Then, on December 1st, I received a call from **************** advising that the General ******** Mr. *********************** had not approved the payment and the case was closed. **************** and ****************** apparently understood that, as a man who rides ****** miles a year, and who in recent years, has ridden by motorcycle through Central *******, through South *******, across *****************, and from ********** to ******, would never have knowingly purchased a ****** miles warranty coverage that limited the servicing of the motorcycle to one location in *****************. I now want to return the motorcycle.

I have not received any communication from Space Coast Harley Davidson. They did pay off the vehicle which I sold to them as part of the payment for the new Harley but that payment was almost two weeks after they initially sent a bad check to my previous financial institution resulting in my previous account being 40 days past due and negatively impacting my credit score. What do I want?  I to be reimbursed for the $592 service charge, a written letter to all three credit unions acknowledging the error on the part of the dealership, and the Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan to be honored by any Harley Davidson Dealerships I decide to service my motorcycle, I contacted Harley Davidson Headquarters in ********* and they tried to intervene but the space coast dealership is still refusing to contact me.

      Sincerely,

      ****************

Had a wheelbearing failure on the front wheel of my motorcycle while under warranty. Was refused warranty because I found the failed bearing when having the tire replaced. I Was told because they didn't replace the tire there was no warranty on the bearings.

On October 25, 2022 I was involved in a motorcycle accident. My motorcycle was taken to Space Coast HD. I was given an estimate of 9,501.90 and my insurance company approved the repair. I called the dealer to start the work and was told I needed to come in to sign paperwork. I went there on 11/15/2022 and was advised that I needed to make a deposit of 6,637.46 so that the parts needed could be ordered. I gave the deposit as required. On or about 02/09/23 I called to ask about the status of the repairs and was told that the parts had just come in and that they should have the motorcycle ready by 02/14/2023. On Sunday 02/12/2023 I received a call informing me that the frame was bent and and the updated estimate to repair was 18,016.40. The updated estimate was submitted to insurance and the motorcycle was deemed a total loss. On 03/13/2023 I went to the dealership to have my deposit refunded. After waiting 2 hours for an answer, I was advised by Onnie M***** that he had to clear the refund through the General Manager who was due in that afternoon and he would call me later that day. I never received a phone call. On 3/14/2023 I returned to the dealership to again request my refund. I spoke to Onnie M***** again and asked where he wanted me to wait for my refund and he told me that I wasn't getting my refund today, that I may get it next week, they had to check their inventory and there is a process they have to go through. As of today I have yet to receive the refund.

They sold me a bad motorcycle with multiple problems and it has been 25 days since I bought the bike and it is still in their shop. They keep saying the bike will be ready tomorrow and it never is. Me and my wife have gotten a complete run around by this dealership.

We ordered approx $500 worth of accessories when we purchased the used bike back in October of 2021. The dealership has had 0 responses to our multiple requests for updates. We want refunded for the accessories purchased but not received. Again, the dealership has not responded to our request for status updates 4 months is too long and we just want the refund.
