  In January I hired this company to fabricate a pair of motorcycle fenders. We agreed on the price of $2000. The owner told me it would take 3-4 weeks to do the job, five months later after constantly avoiding me he announced that fenders were done. He installed the fenders on my motorcycle. I paid him the balance of $1,000 and I gave him a $100 tip. He then informed me that he exceeded the $2000 price that we had agreed on and that I owed him another $2,200. Since I didnt have the extra cash, he told me to bring by the next day. He also told to be very careful as there was a problem with fenders fitting correctly. I got about fifty feet from his shop and realized that not only were the fenders rubbing the tires, but every time I went over a tiny bump in the road the fenders would bang onto the tires. I made my way home at about five miles an hour. When I got home I removed the fenders and found that the design of the fenders was improper and that they were useless. I called the guy that had supposedly made them and I gave him the option to either fix the problems or refund my money and I stated that I wasnt paying any more for fenders that were useless. He didnt want either of options he just wanted me to pay him what he thought was the balance of $2,200. Once again I offered the same two options and he once again declined. This is when he started threatening me. He has gone on social media with claims of me ripping him off and if anyone sees me or my motorcycle to let him know so he can get even with me. He has threatened me and my wife. He is also harassing the guy that suggested that I should use the company Bad Influence kustoms. So now, 6 months later, I am out $2,100 and still dont have fenders that work and this guy is harassing me, my wife and the guy that suggested I use him on ******** and with daily texts and emails.

  This gentleman was notified and completely aware of costs as was the shop that referred him and this gentleman cant speak as he needs to text  was well aware cost of parts and labor was 2000 and then the additional. Cost for the paint and artwork on the fenders. I have plenty of documents and texts to show and also witness bill from xtreme cycles who was also aware costs

  I am rejecting this response because: Bad Influence Kustoms never attempted to contact me in any way for five months from our original agreement to have the job completed in January. There was absolutely no correspondence advising me of additional charges. If I had know that this company planned on charging me more than double our original agreement, I would have absolutely declined to agree to that. Furthermore, this company has no proof, emails, texts, contract or receipts to back up their claims.Not until May 7th after my refusal to pay any more for their services did they start contacting me.  To this day I still dont have the product that they promised after giving his company $2,100.00. And once again, I made offers to spend more money if he corrected the poor design of his product so they were usable, which he refused.

  We never declined and we have proof that he abandoned payment and also have complete history of communication with him and bill the owner of xtreme cycles to document everything we claim we also advised bill that we have solution to his problem of what has a concern about .. he has been texted and not responded from recently so we stopped contacting him as he also has not responded to bill at xtreme cycles as of even July 15th when called . Again I have complete documentation and if he decides to come current and pay in full I have a design to address his concern of his part install

  I am rejecting this response because: I had no knowledge of a huge price increase that I would never agreed to. If bad influence kustoms has copies of emails sent to x-treme cycles making them aware that bad influence had increased the agreed upon price more than double, well that information was never passed on to me and I would never had agreed to the price increase. May be bad influence should take that up with x-treme cycles. Further more bad influence never offered me a detailed receipt or any explanation of the new charges. They just threw the number $4,200 out there after agreeing to $2,000 telling me that the price for painting 2 motorcycle fenders was now $3,500
  which is unheard of.
