6/1/24 my Tesla was not functioning, I gave a call to Tesla service who advised the vehicle would need to be towed and said the two truck company would arrive within the hour. Lees towing showed up on time with a drive by the name of **** who was very nice and started the process of the tow. After a few minutes taking pictures and such **** advised he was going to backup his truck up my driveway and hook up to my car. He started up my driveway and started to severely scratch and ***** my driveway. He stopped and I advised he needed to reach out to his supervisor to figure out a solution as this is a rental property and my property management company was not going to be happy and charge me for the driveway and that it is also not right to damage the owners property like this. **** called his supervisor **** who advised **** to leave and thats it. **** told me he will be leaving and that this is between ***** and myself. I reached out to ***** who was not much assistance. I called **** towing company directly and eventually spoke with **** who advised he is not going to come and look at the damage himself and based on the pictures he saw he didnt feel it was anything he should be liable to fix or correct and that I can take him to small claims court. I offered for him to come by with a local concrete/driveway company to try and work on a solution together and **** advised that is not his job.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We deeply regret any inconvenience experienced by the customer and appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns.
Upon investigation, we understand that the customer's driveway posed a challenge due to its steep incline. While our driver took utmost care during the backing process, we acknowledge that light scratches occurred on the driveway surface that will disappear eventually or wash away. We did try to talk to the customer but he was being unreasonable with any suggestions we had. His driveway does not need to be replaced.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not claim my driveway needs to be replaced. As owner stated my driveway got scratched, not lightly and it is not washing away. I even took a water hose and brush to the scratches while driver was still there. The driveway was damaged by Lees towing and they are doing nothing to fix their mistake at all.
