I dropped my ***** Accord to be detailed at the Detail Dudes ******* location: ************************************************************************************ on Saturday April 9, 2022. Minutes after picking it up on the morning of April 10th, I noticed that the reverse car camera was no longer functioning, a camera that was working fine when I dropped it off the day prior. I immediately contacted ****, the owner, and he claimed he would speak to the team member who worked on the car: DJ. After not hearing back for several days, I took my car to be inspected by a service advisor at the ***** dealership. They reset the camera but it still was not functioning, they concluded it would need to be replaced, a repair would be $994.48 with tax. I reached back out to **** and he said he would investigate further and asked that I forward him the estimate. I promptly emailed it to him and never heard back. I called again about a week later and spoke with someone named *****, she said that one of the owners would get back to me within a few days. After not hearing back I called and left a few voicemails, sent texts, emailed, and reached out via social media. I still haven't heard back after nearly a month. The lack of integrity and accountability is unacceptable. They won't even have a conversation with me as a client.
