The owner of this car wash, *******, unfortunately indulges in making inappropriate jokes, specifically targeting my sexuality despite me being straight (by literally calling me "gay" and making fun of my lap top bag). His demeanor reflects a discontented individual seemingly burdened by bitterness, which reflects poorly on the establishment his parents painstakingly established. Adding to the disappointment, the premises suffer from neglect evident in the presence of black mold throughout. Moreover, there have been incidents where my sports cars were damaged, including a Porsche stained with pink liquid on the passenger seat and a rare track car subjected to a door slammed into concrete and chipped as a result.

I took my car to be washed July 23, 2023, at the end of the wash, the attendant told me they broke my door handle during the wash. I can't open the driver's side door from outside the vehicle. He apologized and told me the manager would call me to make it right. The manager and owner called me today and said. "We reviewed the camera, not our problem." "Your car is "old" (its a meticulously maintained 2008) and the "******* Sun, salt..." He also said, it happens with vehicles here. (This vehicle has only been in ******* for less than 2 years.) Additionally, my car had many spots on it that were not cleaned during the service. Very sloppy job. I paid $50/month for this service. The fix is approximately $150 (unconfirmed amount). He offered me two free car washes.

      Good afternoon,

My name is *********************** and I am the owner of the Unlimited Auto Wash of Jupiter. We approached the young lady letting her know upfront that the door handle had come off while we were simply entering the vehicle. Our manager told her that the next day *********************** (my brother) would give her a call.  This did happen and they spoke for a few moments, Our policy is if the vehicle is out of warranty we are not responsible for anything that might break unless it was malicious or careless.    Neither of these were the reason the door handle broke off. Their is a reason why there is a warranty on vehicles, the manufacturers know that after a few year in the elements "things break". The ***** Tahoe she had is about ****************************************************************************** this case her Tahoe (and similar GM products alike) the door handles are attached with plastic, not metal, and they "can" break very easily, but even metal clips can become weakened due to the elements, this does not make it our responsibility to repair, especially if it could have happened to the customer themselves on the next pull if it hadn't broken on our pull.  Our expectation is that we ought to be able to open the door of a vehicle without the handle breaking off in our hand.  We offered her about $53.50 in free washes as a courtesy.  But like I said we cannot be held liable for items that could break easily even if it is in our care at the time.  Because we hand wash we just don't break anything like machine (automated) washes do, however, it was our dumb luck that day the handle broke when we pulled on her door handle with no extra force than what is customary to open the door.  Our offer still stands for two free washes for her inconvenience.  Thanks for your time and please feel free to contact us if needed.  Rgds,   **********************; 561-WASH-ME-2  or ************

My husband took my car for an inside and outside wash. They kept my car from 8 am to 3 pm. When we came to pick it up it was not washed inside or outside. I reported it to the manager and he said that cleaning the seats or the mats was not included in the inside wash ( ???), but the car was not even vacuumed inside. They offered to retouch it: they did a very poor job, but I let it go. However, when I got home, I noticed how dirty the top of the car was. I came back to the car wash immediately and I pointed to the top of the car that was dirty. The manager ( ***) said it was mold. I wiped the top of the car with my finger and proved it was dust, not mold. I asked for a refund. He refused to give me the refund. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager and that "he was not my dog". He added that they can rewash the car but I need to pay more. I refused and left.My husband paid for the car wash using a Groupon coupon: VS-2KYN-C54J-ZSJ1-WCXB, redeemed on October 1 2022. He was issued a receipt, but he had to return it when he got the car keys back. So we do not have a receipt. The manager's name was ***. He was extremely rude during this entire process. This company should NOT be in business. I would like the company penalized and my refund issued.
