    I had a terrible experience with this company that not only cost me time but money as well. I have never seen such incompetence and I have been in business for 35 years! Briefly, a client of mine made a $14,175 purchase. The purchase was approved on the Merchant Lynx Processor but I never received the money into my account. I called ********************** Lynx and they said they needed to verify the purchase with the customer. After confirming, they still did not give me my money. They said it was over my limit. They told me the sale was canceled and that I should get my money from the client in a different way. My client paid me cash. A few weeks later the $14,175 was charged to the client's credit card. When I called Merchant Lynx I was told they kept the funds in a "reserve account" so I had to refund him the money out of my bank account even though they had never given me the money. This was crazy but I was told that by refunding the money I had to first put a STOP PAYMENT on the auto withdrawal from Merchant Lynx so that the money would be taken from the reserve account. This required me to go to my bank to do this. Upon getting the total for the stop payment, I went to the bank but Merchant Lynx gave me the wrong amount. This required 2 trips to my bank and two sets of $30 stop-payment fees. Then I was contacted by Merchant Lynx to say that this problem could have been avoided if I had only told them the sale was canceled!!! I told them I had called them EVERY DAY when I didn't get my funds and THEY TOLD ME THEY CANCELLED MY SALE How should I have to tell them my sale was canceled after they informed me that it was. Merchant Lynx CLOSED MY ACCOUNT for the "Charge Back" AND attempted to charge me approximately $600+ dollars in fees associated with the $14,175 sale I never received. This has forced me to seek a legal remedy and I will be proceeding to court for the money I have lost plus the fees of their processing machine! UNBELIEVABLE!
