I contacted the business to do finishing work over new drywall that was put up due to water damage. They were to do the fifnishing work and crown/ baseboards. They completed work Thursday October 28,2021. I received a text at 4:38 pm it was done and I would recieve a bill and pics shortly. I looked at the pics in amazement, seeing a very sloppy job that didn't look complete. I called the secretary and said nicely that it didn't look complete. She said hold on let me have u talk to the worker. A very angry rude man got on the phone yelling and telling me to "listen here" over and over. I couldn't get a world in and he started to tell me if I didn't pay he would file a suit. The bill was only $680, but it is not in my principal to be bullied and harassed into paying for something done very poorly. After he hung up until now I was texted 4 more times and told he would file a police report for theft. I have been emailed 9 times with the receipt. Remember, work was completed at end of day on Thursday . So not even 3 days have gone by. I am filing complaint to get him to complete the work and also to protect myself as he seems unstable and angry and I don't know what he is capable of. This is harassment as well. I am submitting pics below , and would appreciate any help on what to do next. I would appreciate whatever help you may give. Thanks
