      Good day ,I sent emails ( I believe close to a dozen)to Weiss Ratings that said:Arrange to cancel the following transaction never ordered by me and billed on my Amex card 2024-04-09 . My last authorized purchase was end of march.This transaction occurred the day after solar eclipse and must have hit your electronic equipment and it was the day after my birthday, what a surprise!!Twice I spoke to customer service to investigate this transaction that I never purchase , wrote numerous email , acknowledged by ***** that I would get a call to resolve this claim. My last conversation was with ******* 2024-05-28 between 8:30-8:45 that I would get an email covering this claim.Still waiting.My next move will be to contact the founder of this corporation Dr ********************** to clear this , never able to get email address and I will contact The Better Business Bureau to enter aclaim as well and advise also Amex that this transaction was not authorized by me.This will occur this Friday night after closing your closing hours.       When reviewing the account, On 4/9/2024, the member made a purchase of New Crypto Wonders through our online order form. It's important to note that our online form requires all fields to be completed and the purchase to be confirmed before an order can be processed or charged. Alternatively, orders can be processed over the phone by calling in.

      I've attached copies of the order form for your reference. It's worth mentioning that the order was initiated using the same email address associated with your other subscriptions with us.

      Regarding cancellation, our policy for New Crypto Wonders states that members can cancel and receive a credit for the unused portion of the service. This credit can be applied towards any future Weiss product or service.
      Additionally, our records from the marketing system indicate that each issue of New Crypto Wonders has been promptly opened upon release, and the content has been reviewed.

      Consequently, we are unable to offer a cash refund for this cancellation of New Crypto Wonders. However, we are happy to provide a credit for the remaining balance to your account per our terms and conditions. This credit can be used towards another Weiss Ratings product, or you can opt to continue your subscription until its expiry.

      I have yet to read in an email that this order has not been cancelled and refunded.
      I dont know how it came about.
      I cant afford a subscription this expensive and never will.
      If you verify my profile , you will see no expense like this one .
      This is my third request for a cancellation and refund.
      I earned 35k per annum.
      Therefore I would appreciate a refund by Monday night, otherwise I will escalate my case to upper management.

      In the previous communications we were awaiting confirmation, however the subscription has been cancelled, per the terms and conditions outlined in the previous response as well as email correspondence, there is a remaining pro-rated credit in the amount of $3,334.72 on file that can be used at any time for any other Weiss Ratings product/service.

      i was subscribed without my consent a subscription to the Weiss Group Supercycle Investor - Lifetime for $7000.00. when i called to complain about the purchase made without my consent, i was offered a refund for $3500 as this was the "lifetime upgrade" to the Supercycle Investor subscription(also $3500), which i did not request. there is only a single invoice item in their email, and they claim they can only refund the "upgrade" and not the full amount, but they refuse to provide an invoice that shows the two products as separate.they make it very difficult to contact and speak to anyone with authority to process the requested refund, and they continue to use their terms and services as a shield to avoid paying refunds.********************************************************** in the fine print for the attached invoice there is specific verbiage:Lifetime Refund policy: The full cost of your lifetime upgrade is refundable at any time, provided you make the refund request in your first year. After the first year, the membership fee is not refundable. In addition, beginning in each subsequent year, you will be charged a yearly maintenance fee, which is non-refundable. Subscribers may choose to opt out of paying the yearly maintenance fee which will result in the suspension of their lifetime membership.i feel this is a predatory business that prey on pensioners such as myself and want nothing to do with them anymore.

      In regard to your subscription to Supercycle Investor that was started back on December 15, 2023. While it is correct that our annual subscriptions do not offer a refund, our lifetime memberships do offer a refund of the lifetime upgrade fee within the first year. In this instance you would be eligible for a refund of your lifetime upgrade fee of $3,500.00 and have the option of remaining in the Supercycle Investor for the remainder of the original term which was by purchasing 1 year, you received and additional 4 years free so the expiration would be 12/15/2028,or you can cancel the annual subscription for a credit of the unused portion that would remain on file for use of another Weiss Ratings product or service. The original annual subscription was $3,500, and you opted to upgrade for an additional $3,500 for a total of $7,000 paid for the lifetime subscription of Supercycle Investor. 

      I have attached both the original offer for the annual subscription to Supercycle investor, as well as the copy for the lifetime upgrade that includes the following terms and conditions as agreed upon at sign up. I can go ahead and process the downgrade for you and process the $3,500.00 lifetime upgrade fee back to the **************** ending in 3004 as confirmed with *** today so we can get the ball rolling on the refund being processed. 

      Please let me know if you wish to remain in the service until the original end date of 12/15/2028, or if you would like to cancel to receive a prorated credit that will be applied to your account and available for future use on another Weiss Ratings product or service.

      I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your order. As this order was processed under your email and was linked directly to your Weiss Ratings account, it confirms its validity. 

      We can proceed with the resolution by downgrading your subscription back to the original offer plan of 5 years in total as outlined in the attached documents. This change will refund the $3,500 upgrade fee to the original credit card used for the order.

      Please let me know if you would prefer to cancel the annual subscription for a prorated credit, which can be used for future purchases, or if you would like to keep the original 5-year subscription active until the end of its term.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      the refund of the $3,500 upgrade fee to the original credit card used for the order is acceptable and should be processed immediately.


      I would also like to cancel all active subscription with weissratings.com and their affiliates, and have my personal identifiable information purged from their databases. i'm not sure what the prorated amount in my account is available, but i would ask that you refund this regardless of your terms of agreement. please call my son ***** at ************ to discuss any details and nuances for the remaining balance in my subscriptions.

      The issue seems to be resolved. They have stopped sending me renewal emails.  My wife told me she never subscribed to the reports. They must have signed her up through a third party scam.

      I have contacted Weiss ratings on three occasions. Each time, I asked to make sure the subscription was canceled. They assured me that it was cancelled and that their supervisor would call back. No callback was made.I have received the previous money taken fraudulently since January 2024 by my credit card. The latest two bills were on a new credit card that they continued to bill despite my cancellation and complaints.I talked to ************************* on April 24, 2024. She assured me that she would cancel all services and refund my credit card, last four digits 0602.Please know that they denied knowing the billing, then found it in their internal system through *********.

      I subscribed to Weiss Ratings Group product New Crypto Wonders on April 9, 2024. I paid $3500.00 US dollars for what they promoted as information and support on how to invest in crypto currencies. In the promotional video, they stated that if I was dissatisfied with their service, I would receive a prorated refund. When I tried to access their service by setting up an account, their website would not allow me to set up an account. Without the account, my subscription was worthless. I contacted them by phone at the two numbers provided *************** and **************) and requested a call back. I did that on three separate days but have not had any response. I also heard back from someone named **** at ************** who said he worked for Weiss. I have tried to contact him three separate times, again not receiving any response to my messages. I want a prorated refund as was stated in the video.To date I have not received the information promised about how to invest in cryptos. I have not been able to set up an account with **********************. I have not had any response to my requests for assistance. No one will return my phone calls. I can only conclude that the company is a scam whose only purpose is to bilk money from people like me.       Good Morning, When reviewing the account and the subscription that was signed up for, there are a number of detailed tutorial videos provided as an additional bonus to the service that allow you to walk through the steps to create accounts, wallets and follow along with the recommendations made within each issue. The request for a refund was denied as per the terms and conditions of the service, New Crypto Wonders, in the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit for the unused balance of your subscription, which you can use toward the purchase or renewal of any other Weiss Group product at any time. I have attached a copy of the exact offer for review as well as the benefits available to you with your membership.

      I have never done business with Weiss Ratings or their comrades at ****************** (americanfreepost.com), but these f****** a******* persist in sending me spam several times a day. The next step will be criminal charges including harassment and cyberstalking.

      In regard to the complaint addressed above, when attempting to search for the email address in our database it is not one that is active/inactive in our file. They may be receiving affiliate emails that are sent from AmericanFreePost but they are not being sent by us directly within Weiss Ratings, and as ****************** is not our company, ************ would have to reach out to that company to request to be removed from all mailing lists. I have attached the search results from our database indicating no member found with this email address.

      I purchased an investment service, I was supposed to get 6 emails/video tutorial every day for 6 days to get me up and running, I never got these emails. I've included the complaint below which I sent them multiple times without resolution.I have also uploaded the email I received.This about the 10th time I have gone over this. I purchased the New Crypto Wonders on Monday the 4th. I received the welcome aboard email. I have enclosed. in this correspondence. It says that I am to receive 6 emails one each day. I only received the welcome aboard email. I also was to have access to the tutorial videos Ive tried to view them but only 3 of the 6 will enlarge so I can view them. I have tried in several different browsers and my cell and they still dont work. ***, sent me a link for the Ethereum and I sent that in. I have invested over 7k with Weiss Rating and I expect the service to work as advertised and stated in the email. I have made multiple attempts to get this straightened out but I just get the runaround. I would appreciate your help to get things right. I am really unhappy with the service. If I cant get this resolved in a reasonable amount of time I will be compelled to escalate this to the appropriate agencies. Thank you for your help and please dont ignore me.

      I was double charged for Weiss crypto investor on December 6 ****. I have called about this 5 times and emailed twice about it. The double charge has not been refunded as promised. I am so disappointed that this business has not cared enough to resolve this in a timely manner. To be clear, I like the newsletter. I just don't want to pay for it twice. It is their mistake not mine. I want a refund and an apology. Thank you

      In September of 2023 I paid for one initial membership with Weiss and then was prompted to make a second $2400 payment shortly after. When I agreed to the membership, the refund policy stated that as long as it was done in the first year of the membership, I could cancel at any time and get a full refund. I have been trying to cancel my membership and get a refund lately, but every time I call I am told that I cannot do that and no refund will be given, and I need to reference the refund policy. But on the WeissRatings website, as well as in the terms and conditions, it clearly states I should be able to get all my money back if I ask for that within the first year, and it is.

      Hi ******, 

      After reviewing the information as well as your account I would like to provide some additional information regarding the complaint made here. Upon further review I see that there were 2 subscriptions purchased, a one year subscription for Safe Money Report for $68 for the one year, and a one year subscription to Weekend Windfalls for $2,450 which is a premium service that provides only a prorated credit to be used on another service in the event of cancellation as stated in the terms and conditions, which I have attached for your review. 

      I also reviewed the jpeg image that you attached as evidence and it shows that the terms and conditions you posted were for another service called the Weiss Crypto Investor which is a very different service than the one you purchased, and is roughly $59 for the one year subscription, as you can see in the attached order form and agreement for Weekend Windfalls. 

      When reaching out for the cancellation you were informed of the terms and conditions and the service was cancelled with the prorated credit being left on the account for future use, however it was noted in October that a dispute was made on the initial purchase for your Weekend Windfalls subscription, which does not allow us to make any further changes until it is resolved which can take up to 90 days. I am sorry that the outcome was not a desired one, however we ensure that our terms and conditions are an option that must be reviewed and selected prior to any order being processed so that there is as much transparency as possible.

      Regarding DeFi Masterclass 2023:I purchased this for $795 on 12/22/22. Recently Weiss Ratings offered it for $297. I applaud Weiss Ratings for making it more affordable, but I feel that they should refund the difference in price from what I paid for the exact same service.They promised quarterly bonus workshops. So far over 10 months I have received one: 6/29/23. There may have been a workshop on 9/28/23, but no recording is displaying in my account, and I didnt receive notice about the event.Five times Ive asked for the refund in difference in price (over the last 16 days), without receiving an answer.Communications By phone: 9/28/23: spoke with *****, who said he would check. Asked for refund of difference. Never heard back from ************* email:1)9/25/23 re: bonus workshops. Answered by **** on 9/29.2)9/30/23 (Saturday): asked for refund of difference. Answered by **** on 10/3/23 (Tuesday). Said would get back to me about refund.3)10/3/23. Thanked **** for looking into refund difference. Answered by **** on 10/4/23. No word about refund difference.4)10/9/23: Asked again about refund difference. Answered by **** on 10/9/23. Answered other question, but nothing about refund difference.5)10/9/23: Acknowledged latest message, asked again about refund difference. As of 10/13/23 3pm, no further communication from Weiss Ratings.All this while I'm being bombarded with daily advertisements for higher-priced products.I will not accept a credit towards other publications, as I've already had issues with Weiss Crypto Investor and the Safe Money Report. I can provide additional information about those cases if requested.Weiss Ratings should refund the difference in price between the amount I paid ($795) and the amount recently advertised ($297).

      Thank you for taking the time to submit this so that it can be reviewed thoroughly and a resolution can be presented. When it comes to our 2023 DeFi Masterclass there is a current offer for $297, however I would like to point out the differences between the offer you have enrolled in, as well as the offer for the $297 price point. The offer you original signed up for is for permanent access for the life of the course, which was $795, this means that year after year as long as the course is available you will have continued access without paying anything additional. The offer for the $297 is an annual fee which is charged on an automatic renewal basis annually, so each year you would pay $297 to maintain access to the service. Us downgrading you into the one year would cause your access to the course to expire at the end of December and in turn put you on a $297 yearly plan. I have added the terms and conditions portion of each offer for clarification, If you would like to have that modified to the yearly access, please let me know.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      First of all, I DO appreciate the clarification about having received lifetime access, which was not made clear upon my initial purchase.

      However, the fact remains that quarterly workshop bonuses were promised, and I've only received one in the span of 10 months.

      Also, I've had to make six communication attempts to get this answer, and it was only when I filed a complaint with the BBB that I received an answer to this question. **** answered another question but never got back to me on this, and neither did *****. That was quite a bit of my time invested. Perhaps I will accept this resolution, but I will leave my negative reviews online because of the poor customer service.

      I apologize that your experience has been less than stellar. When it comes to our member care, we try to avoid duplication so that our members are not receiving multiple communications from different reps. ***** **** has been the main rep responding to your inquiries, he has been the responder to maintain uniform. Within Weiss Ratings we aim to keep our responses times within 2 business days, admittedly we missed the **** with your first email, receiving a response in 4 business days, the remaining communication has fallen within our window of support being provided for access and clarification with your last email on the 9th after hours being sent in on the difference for the 2 price points, which thankfully has been addressed here for the price differences and offers. Reviews and BBB Complaints are handled by a different department so they have a different structure in timed responses. 

      In regards to the power workshops, it is true that it was added as an additional bonus for quarterly workshops, they officially began in 2nd Quarter of the 2023, and we so far have had 2 to date. A June workshop and a September workshop that just passed on the 28th, the replay is currently in process of being uploaded to the site, with the next one planned for Q4, access and availability to the quarterly workshops will continue until the 4 bonuses are fulfilled as promised in our offer. 

      I also see that you posted an additional review on Trustpilot, for added areas. As a courtesy due to your experience, I'd be happy to provide a full refund of the Defi Masterclass, and the annual maintenance fee for your Safe Money Report membership if you wish to cancel the services you currently have based on this experience, as well as the email address on file has been updated to ensure that the only emails received are those matched to your paid services.
