Do not use this company. Their crew broke our screen door and refused to repair it. In addition, the bullnose around the was stained by the plaster installers. It's now a much lighter color than the rest of the pavers surrounding the pool. They claimed they sent someone out to fix it but they did such a poor job, I didn't even know an attempt was made. Be warned, if anything goes wrong with the process, they will fight you every step of the way.

************, we never refused to make the repair to your screen door which was not broken it was missing a s**** that fell out. We asked if you knew at what stage of construction it was damaged (missing screw). We did send our crew to your home to replace the s**** As for your coping, we only cleaned it. If I could give a below zero rating I would. This company is a train wreck. Long on promises and no sense of urgency on delivery. Promises, promises the majority of which are left unfulfilled. Our pool was started in June, 6 months late. We have been living with a gunnite water collector that is suitable for frogs, mosquitoes and other less than desirable creatures. They use all subcontractors and have little control over them. The excavation contractor left such a mess and unsafe conditions that I accidentally stepped on rebar jutting out of a board and got a puncture wound. I was at Baptist wound clinic twice a week for 6 weeks as a result. I still have issues with the foot. Run, don't walk from this company!I'd rename them Pools From H*** if I could.Review from linda C

to sum up this review that we send them every day is as follows 1) Duration of contract 500 days as of January 31. 2022 2)Town of Jupiter permit # 20-047452-pool(r) Issue Dated January 7. 2021 Duration of permit 389 days as of January 31, 2022 permit expired 3) failure of owner / licensee to communicate with request from building dept and owner 4) not enough contract monies to complete project last draw paid august 2021 5) Covid was not a factor. They collected 44K in PPP. and jumped on the train of excuses we had no problem doing their job of getting subs on board, finding materials or correcting failed inspection. The project was almost there in August 2021. They acted like they were going to complete all issues after we have been chasing them for six months but then they want the last payment after they dangled the carrot in front of the horse.
It will take more monies then is owed and we said no to 100% complete. They just cancelled everything.Review from Melanie M

Beautiful job Paradise! Thank you very much for my beautiful swimming pool. We appreciate your whole staff during the crazy covid 19 times. Our swimming pool is finished and we couldn't be happier.Review from Mitesh P

Paradise swimming pool & spa has NO customer service NO follow ups NO project management I started my pool project with them over a year ago, and still not complete, their scheduling and project management is worst. It takes almost daily calls and emails with them and still don't get response. When you leave the voicemail they don't even call you back. They are quick to bill you for the project but don't believe in customer satisfaction, quality of work, or on time completeness of the projects. If i had to star all over again, or have to give my recommendation to someone, i suggest stay away from Paradise Swimming Pool & Spa located at North Lake, Florida.
