The is not specific to the ******** location, my purchase was at the ******** location and all locations have closed in **. I have been dealing with there customer service department for the last few weeks and they have done absolutely nothing to help. In October of 2021 I purchased 4 big o brand truck tires and an alignment package for 3 years. This package all together was roughly $1300 for everything. They also replaced all the lug nuts since we didnt have the lock key for the old ones. In the spring of this year when having a company other then big o, it was discovered that big o tires had put the wrong sized lug nuts on the tires causing a potentially dangerous situation and also causing my tires to wear unevenly. Any rotations done by big o, never mention anything about this. This week after failed attempts to get big o tires to honor the tire warranty and refund part of my alignment package that I cannot use since they closed up, I had to purchase new tires elsewhere. Big O Tires seemed receptive at first through customer service, but since I didnt have the invoice saved, they have dried up any support. This is extremely frustrating, especially for the money I prepaid on a package they have no way to honor.Business response

Thank you for contacting ***** regarding ****************** complaint. We were not able to find any tire purchases for **************** under his name or the **** *****************, he provided. If he can produce the invoice he was given or provide the name of the family member who purchased the tires and/or a valid VIN for the vehicle the tires were purchased for we can provide a prorated warranty. Otherwise, we can only prorate based on the documents located to show proof of purchase. I have attached the invoices we were able to locate. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I do not have the invoice anymore. Thats been the hang up on everything and I cannot believe there would be no record. I have attached screen shots of the emails I received from my local big o tire shop that I went to that is no longer open since theyve all closed in my state. I also purchased the 3 year alignment package when they did the install as well and havent been able to have that fulfilled either and that was prepaid. If you look at my service record Im sure it shows the times Ive come in to get the alignment done.
I have since (1/3/24) had to have the tires replaced and aligned costing me $1400 out of pocket that I did not plan to have this soon. I am not looking for a full refund, but the tires did not meet the mileage guarantee, so there should be something there as well as the balance of money for unfulfilled alignments that I paid for.

I am rejecting this response because: I purchased these tires.I used a big o tires credit card for $800 of the purchase that I have since closed out. Not sure if you can use that for some sort of record.
The total bill was almost 1400 because they got me to sign up for the 3 year alignment package.
I do not understand how there would not be a record of this when I went to a big o tires in ********, **. I am not able to find the invoice, but I didnt just imagine this purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached an invoice from a year later; clearly showing my alignment package that I paid for at install being used. This confirms the purchase and it was from the exact same location.I will continue to look and see if I can find the original invoice; but I attached my confirmation email prior and have this showing my alignment package. I had your companys credit card; so I also find it hard to believe that transaction cant be found via the credit card company and date since I only use the card once.

Hello, I purchased tires from Big O Tires in ***********, ** in Nov of 2021. Since the installation, the tires have had a slow leak coming from the bead - a common problem with aluminum wheeled tires. I don't use the car often and have an air compressor in the garage, filling air from time to time as needed. I finally got around to dealing with going back to the shop to get the tire reinstalled only to find out Big O has left the state. After contacting Big O, they refused to pay for the repair at a comparable shop. I have no recourse and Big O refuses to help. Can you?Business response

Please remit your original invoice and the invoice for the leak repair with a description of the problem and necessary repair so that we may evaluate for reimbursement. If it is tire related and the tires are covered under the *** we can reimburse you. If the leak is related to the oxidation of the rim, that is not a covered repair as it is related to rim failure and not tire failure. You may remit the invoice(s) and documentation to ********************************* and use the reference number for this complaint, ********, in the reference line. I recently paid off my account and yet received a statement with a very high interest balance, which I attached. This is clearly an error. Also, apparently this account was also closed, without me being notified at all in July 2022, because your company changed credit card service companies.My husband and I were out of town for the New Year Holiday. I paid the $29.00 payment while out of town and then paid the balance in full on January 20, 2023. I could not access my account on line due to you apparently not doing business with Comenity anymore. I paid the $183.39 balance on my bank account on 1/20/23, which I attached a copy of, due to this, and based on the balance on the automated phone line I called. It appears that the interest of the entire loan was charged the same week I paid this balance off. In speak with the *************************** this is not a legal action.I would appreciate you showing this balance paid in full. This interest rate is clearly an error, and would not even reflect the *****% rate. I realize the promotional 0% ended in January and the date was an oversight as we were out of town. We are longtime customers and would appreciate this being reflected. I will seek legal counsel if this is not resolved.Your customer service line is clearly in another country. When I asked for a supervisor, the person barely spoke English and had no idea what I was asking, in addition to a high level of background noise. Thank you.Initial Complaint
