            After hurricane *** a large tree on our front lawn uprooted and fell over. We employed Living Waters Landscaping to remove the tree. Rather than cutting the tree limb by limb, they instead cut the tree down by the main trunk causing it to fall upon an existing healthy triple palm snapping one segment in two and dislodging the whole palm tree which now appears likely to die.Using a heavy piece of machinery to remove large limbs to the edge of our property so that our town could access the debris, in what appeared to be in a hurried manner, the machine operator struck our concrete dolphin mailbox knocking it off its base and breaking it in two. They told us, "we have liability insurance to cover this".Impossible to contact these people, answering service with no response, called 5 times thus far. also lied that our insurance covers this this event Paid $1000. We were taken advantage of as we were so vulnerable after the hurricane. Our mailbox alone cost $500 when installed years ago. They also said they would replace it with a new one, another lie.

            I was expecting good things after reading other reviews. I contracted with **** on 6/2/22 for a brick paver job and gave him my first deposit of 4 payments. The contract states that as soon as the first deposit is made the pavers will be ordered and hold be delivered in 4-6 weeks. On 7/16 the old concrete was taken out and a sewer line broken using the excavation. I was told that day by his job supervisor, ****, that **** was at US Paverscape in ******, arranging delivery of the pavers. The next payment was due upon the delivery of the pavers. **** that day, told me the next payment was due when the concrete was taken out. Since **** told me fat **** was arranging delivery of the pavers I didnt think it would be a problem to make my next payment. Plus to make it easy on them coming and going in this gated community, I gave **** a gate fob and nearby bathroom key. So today is October 10th. Since July 16th, I sent numerous texts, emails and phone calls to the company owner, *********************. Every time I called his number his voice mailbox was full. Every text I sent was not responded to. **** told me a few times that he would try to talk with **** to find me answers to my questions. Well that didnt go well at all as **** never had any answers. Finally around the end of August, **** told me that he was taken off my job site. How convenient for him as I was requesting to see a copy of the purchase order for the pavers to determine the date that they were ordered. Since **** only corresponded with me when he wanted to get paid, I had to get my answers from ****, who had no answers. So I got on the phone and called ************* and spoke with ***** about how long it would take for this order to be delivered. Finally, I went to ************* in person and inquired about an order made to my address by Living Water Landscape. They knew **** but could not come up with any such order for ***** square feet for mega smooth pavers as per the contract. Next step, court.
