I have been fighting with this company to honor their warranty, which they didn't when my garbage cans hinge broke. They told me Id have to pay for a replacement part, which I did. In October of 2023 I ordered the new part and paid for it, it showed ** in November and it was the wrong part, so i emailed again that i got the wrong part, and they said they would send out the correct one and I need to send the other one back. I emailed a bit later but no response. i called and they told me they would email me an update. no email, so i emailed again and called. they said they would forward my complaint up the chain to find out where my stuff was. it is now the end of December 2023, I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times and never got an answer until I call. This company doesn't honor their warranty.This company doesn't respond in any form of timely manner.This company pretty much tells you just to keep waiting.This company will not let you talk to anyone with actual power in the company, they only let you talk to customer service, maybe a manager who also does not offer any actual help or resolve your long standing issue.Review from Sandra H

When the hinge broke on the smaller lid of my kitchen bin I contacted EKO. They sent me a replacement which arrived in less than a month I'm so impressed with their courteous and prompt customer service.Review from Paula M

I think they are a great company. I had a trash can lid that had stopped working. I had emailed them, and the talked me through what could be possibly be done to fix it. Communication very open. Lid still wouldn't work. I asked if I could buy a new one. They said they had sent one to me, but because of the chaotic world, it was delayed, but made it here. I was amazed. I love that trash can. What an amazing company. It was such a nice thing to do.Review from Jose G

I purchased a thrashcan with sensor lid which opens without physical touching it. The lid is as forced to close and parts were broken. I requested replacements parts but what I received was much better I received a full top lid replacement. It took a minute I had forgotten about it but they came thru. I communicated via email and they responded and had great communication during the process. I’m satisfied with the product and customer service. I would to point out honestly that it was my fault that the lid broke not because of the bad quality but because of my negligence. Thanks
