      I have been charged today 5/29/24 $*****. I Did not authorize this charge nor give my information to them. I called my bank to file a fraud claim and found out they first charged meb$1 then ***** in April and 4$ and then today's charge of the $***** They have stolen from me over $86. I tDried to look up up their website, Blistent.top and I can't even determine what they sell. It is all very vague and they contradict themselves on the website several times. How can they according to BBB e in business 3 years and just outright repetitively steal from just anybody. This should be against the law, I feel like it is ***** theft. Someone with some teeth should look into Suave ************** aka Blistent.top

      We attempted to refund the transactions on the credit card in question but the customer's bank has declined the refund. We have blocked the associated credit card with the transactions to ensure no future charges occur and suggest having the customer contact their bank to resolve this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because:The statement Suave Development provided is vague and simply untrue. They did not contact my bank and offer a refund as I talked to my bank today and they had no communication. From other fraud victims I have heard of, this is what they do. Promise a refund and either vaguely explain it away or it never shows up in their account. . The bottom line is they said they offered a refund but yet, I still have not had my money returned. I have talked to my bank rest assured. Lies are lies and they are unacceptable restitution.

      This company has placed QR code stickers on many of the parking meters in downtown ********** **. You think you are paying for the hourly meter rate, when in reality you are signing up for a recurring $49.99 monthly fee to this ******** scam company. Fortunately, my credit card company caught it as fraud before they were paid, and they only ripped me off for one dollar. I would very much like to get my hands around the throats of these scammers

      simply blocking my credit card doesnt solve the issue of you be a fraudulent scam company intent on ripping off any sucker using a parking meter. You should be prosecuted and see the inside of a jail cell you scumbags

      Oct 14,2023 a charge was attempted by Blistent.com for *****. My credit card blocked charges for suspicious/fraudulent activity. Blistent.com has continued to try to charge me the same amount multiple times. I have reached out to them via phone, email and live chat with no answer.

      Here is an additional attempt by me to reach out via chat to their company.  The website states that chat is available for help 24/7 but I have never gotten a response when starting a chat.  This is just one of many attempts.

      I found a charge for ***** beginning June 26, ******************************************** July and August for the same amount. The company is Blistent.com/Suave Development Inc. I found a phone number on their website and called. I told them I had no idea what this was about. I told them to cancel whatever this was and requested an immediate refund. The person I spoke with agreed to do so. Needless to say, I never received any confirmation...no communication whatsoever, no refund. I contacted my credit card company. They temporarily refunded my $120.00 and began a dispute/investigation. This was done through the fraud department. I called ************* today and they assured me that I would receive a full refund within 2-3 business days. I have no proof of anything given I have no documentation, no emails or texts. A representative at my credit card company looked up their website and couldn't figure out what service they actually provided. It is all very vague and confusing. I am hoping to get a full refund. I also contacted the *** and filed a complaint. They said they don't assist individuals but at least this information is on record.
