On March 29, 2022 Asplundh ************ arrived on our property with no notice to trim trees on ************* and Light easement. In the process they backed their large tree trimming truck with chipper trailer over the West edge of my driveway and broke the concrete in several places and induced stress fractures throughout.Asplundh lead and supervisor said they would only repair what they broke and I told them that their repair was not going to fix the problem, but just cover it up. The lead went to ********** and bought several bags of Quick-Crete and mixed it and put it in where the broken sections were. He didnt finish it to match the rest of the driveway and the cold joint prevented it from ever adherent to the other section of the driveway. They finished it with a piece of wood. No concrete tools were used. It has since broken and cracks continue to worsen.I have tried to elevate this to the supervisors boss and have not had any response.I am a very experience concrete person and experienced in stress fractures in concrete, metals, etc.If this was just a small issue that could easily be repaired, I would have no problem having the repair done. However, this is the apron of my driveway and the structural integrity if the concrete has been compromised and will continue to deteriorate if it is not replace properly.
