      Dunn Deal planted 14 Bushes to form a hedge. Within weeks of the planting 4 of the bushes withered and died. Dunn Deal blamed the drought but 10 plants are well cared for and are thriving. The dead plants were improperly planted and/or defective. I requested that the plants be replaced or that I get a refund for the dead plants. This request was denied. The cost of all 14 plants was $380. I only wanted replacement or refunds for the 4 dead plants. During the phone call about the hedge, they got belligerent, cursed at me and I canceled their lawn cutting service as of June 30, but they canceled me immediately and stated that they would keep my money, even though their services were paid for the entire month of June. I would like a refund for the remaining 2 week period on June. This amount would be $60.

      Customer wanted a phone call and we call them regarding plants that they assumed was from Dunn Deal Investments, LLC but this was not the case. They bought plants from some one directly that was not part of our business. Dunn Deal Investments did not sell or install these plants and when they first answered they demanded a bunch of solutions but as stated to them if we did a landscape job our plants from vendors would not be guaranteed due to drought issues since we have been in a drought for at least a month. We also stated to them if our company was the one to install the plants the plants would be on the customers end to take care of once job was finished. Looking over our records we have no invoices for that specific customer and we have no recorded payments for that specific job. We did not sell them the plants and we did not install the plants so we can not meet the demands of the customer due to the fact our company did not do that specific job. With the lawn service they got heated as they have been a hard or difficult demanding customer to handle and when we did not meet the demand of the plants they wanted to cancel the lawn service which is there God given right. We asked if they wanted to confirm cancellation of the lawn service and they stated both husband and wife on the phone yes! We then said no problem we have an Operations Agreement for customers that stated we will discontinue service and keep the money with no refund as a Cancellation Fee due to labor already being used on that property as stated on all invoices emailed directly to the customer. Unfortunately we do not know how to proceed any further with this specific customer as we did not do the plant job and we canceled the lawn service according to our policies! This customer has been harassing us for weeks now! We have cut ties and will no longer do business with this customer moving forward! Please do not allow this complaint to stand as we did not do what this customer is saying! Thank you have a great day!

      I have no documentation proving the work was completed by Dunn Deal. 

      They have serviced my lawn since October. We needed a hedge, they planted the bushes. They took $380 cash for the work. If they told you otherwise, then they are not only disreputable, business people but they are liars as well.

      The text messages uploaded are not from Dunn Deal Investments, LLC! How did you originally get an estimate for plants or that specific job like from any advertisement? We have no records of any jobs performed for you, no payment, or communication except for our Customer Service number ************ and a ************ which was an old number we don't use any more. We don't sell plants unless landscaping like rock beds or projects are estimated through our "Square" Processor is confirmed and approved! We have no estimates written or accepted by customer! You must have purchased plants from an individual not our business! We can not help you if you did not have work performed with us!

      Can you help us resolve this issue moving forward? We have a customer that doesn't understand that our company was not performing any work on their landscape job. They bought plants it looks like from someone else or an individual but not our company for obvious reasons! We have no records of any estimates in our "Square" system or even accepted by our company and we have no paper trail of money being recorded for this individual! We have taken care of this customer very well for lawn maintenance and it disheartened us to see that these individuals would go through these lengths of harassment to damage our reputation! They have been harassing us on many other areas of our business and we are at a point where we may file a Deformation & Harassment lawsuit on them if this keeps happening! Please help us protect our business moving forward by not allowing these individuals to bully and manipulate an unworthy complaint!

      We appreciate you reaching back out to our company! Our Sales Department Number is the ************ and it's very possible that they were speaking to a sales rep from our organization due to that phone number being very accessible to the public with it being on ******, ********, BBB, and our website, but we have a very specific procedures for our sales systems in place which include right after a customer contact point we would write up an estimate through our Square Processor, the customer would have to accept the estimate on the square through email, we would convert the estimate at that point to an invoice by email, the customer would have to pay that amount in full before we even set up service or sent out an employee to perform the work since that specific job they are claiming was under $1,000.00. We have no record of payment or any paper trail of emails from our company to the customer directly or the customer replying to emails directly. We don't even have records of the job being done by any employees. This customer could complain about the Lawn Maintenance due to them being a Lawn Maintenance customer for a period of 10 months roughly with us, but they can't because we have gone above and beyond for this customer in that service! They requested a lot of extras like trimming a fully established adult Crepe Myrtle in the front yard and we told them that we normally charge extra for services like that which was in the "Customers Operations Agreement". We told them we would do it anyway for this one time this season but next time please call customer service and they will charge you next time. They added a ton of random items all across the property which turned the property from a $120 property into a $140 property and we kept the price the same so that they could finish out the season with the same price as we figured they just didn't think about us in the process of now having to do double the weed-eating and mowing around objects across the yard. They also would come outside to tell us to weed eat areas as we just started service and we stated to them that we just started the service please be a little more patient. This customer has been a hand full to deal with and we have gone above and beyond for them as much as humanly possible! We would really appreciate the help in not letting this complaint stand as in a court of law they have no proof or real hard evidence to be able to slander or damage our brand as a whole through a professional channel like the Better Business Bureau which represents the best of the best between customers and contractors! We will attach above our "Customers Operations Agreement" which shows that when a customer cancels service we keep the last processed payment in the form of a "Cancelation Fee" due to the amount of labor that was already used on the property.       Thank you for hearing me out. Dunn Deal is a garbage business that will NEVER ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY for their poor work. They lie about work that they did and refuse to stand by what they did. These correspondents make me feel like a dog chasing his tail. Nothing gets resolved. I will pursue this matter in a different way.
