              I had an appointment with new tub again January 12th at 10am to redo my tub. At 9:15am I received a text stating they would be at my house around noon. I had another engagement at noon so ******* showed up a little after 10am as originally scheduled. He did the tub and scheduled another appointment for the following day to reglaze my sinks.He told me he would come between 10am and 11am and text me the exact time the next day.At 10:15 I text him asking when he was coming. I never received an answer. Monday I texted again. Crickets.... Still no response.My contractor came Monday morning and showed me the mess he left behind and the horrible job done. There are many missed spots. He did not prep properly and oversprayed on my brand new fixtures and the travertine floor. There are multiple missed spots where he didn't tape correctly.I have yet to get a response from the company.BEWARE

              RUN, RUN, RUN FROM MIKE, CHARLES AND NEW AGAIN TUB & TILE REGLAZING!!!!!! TOTAL CROOKS AND ABSOLUTE MORONS!!!!!! Imagine having brand new granite and $3,000 hand carved tables covered in spray paint from these COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!! THESES JACKASSES MADE MY MOVE THE WORST EVER AND RUINED MY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!! You can see my tables had lots of items on them during my move AND THESE IDIOTS DID NOT PUT UP ANY PLASTIC BARRIERS BETWEEN MY BATHROOM, HALLWAY, KITCHEN OR FAMILY ROOM SO SPRAY PAINT WENT EVERYWHERE!!! And they take NO responsibility -- Mike suggested I put "Acetone...lacquer thinner" on a $3,000 hand carved table!!! Are you out of your mind Mike!!!! MIKE, HOW CAN YOU BE IN BUSINESS FOR 31 YEARS AND NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES YOU CAUSED!!!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN FROM MIKE, CHARLES AND NEW AGAIN TUB & TILE REGLAZING!!!!!! GRRRRR -- You have to give them a star to post a review! They don't deserve even one star!!!!!
