RUN, RUN, RUN FROM MIKE, CHARLES AND NEW AGAIN TUB & TILE REGLAZING!!!!!! TOTAL CROOKS AND ABSOLUTE MORONS!!!!!! Imagine having brand new granite and $3,000 hand carved tables covered in spray paint from these COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!! THESES JACKASSES MADE MY MOVE THE WORST EVER AND RUINED MY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!! You can see my tables had lots of items on them during my move AND THESE IDIOTS DID NOT PUT UP ANY PLASTIC BARRIERS BETWEEN MY BATHROOM, HALLWAY, KITCHEN OR FAMILY ROOM SO SPRAY PAINT WENT EVERYWHERE!!! And they take NO responsibility -- Mike suggested I put "Acetone...lacquer thinner" on a $3,000 hand carved table!!! Are you out of your mind Mike!!!! MIKE, HOW CAN YOU BE IN BUSINESS FOR 31 YEARS AND NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES YOU CAUSED!!!!!! I hired him at the end of April 2022 to fix a small dent on a brand new tub, he came and "fixed" it, and started peeling 3 weeks after, they advertise a 5 year warranty. I have been trying to contact Mike since June 4, by text, by telephone and by email, he will say call me Monday, or call me after Thursday, I always did and have not fix the problem yet. He was supposed to go to my house the passed ** Saturdays, not even a text to say I am not able to go. Enough, really I will not want him in my house again. Very unprofessional, can not trust anymore. My mistake was not to read the reviews and check his company before I hired him. Lesson learned, hope this will help you and not hire him and do the same mistake I did.Review from Kathy C

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and check reviews before hiring Mike. Everything you have read here is true. He did a terribly job, then would not return to fix it. He is very, very talkative and I feel he uses that as a tactic to distract you from the poor work he is doing. Save your money and go with a more reputable company.Review from Hashim F

Paid $220 against $250 price to re-glaze bathroom tub on Nov 1, 2021. Next day Mike texted me a detailed report of a cousin who passed away causing him 3 hour delay. Today is Nov. 5 and I cannot raise a response from him. I was busy when he came to look at the job initially so I simply paid him the 220 in cash in advance without suspicion. I should have checked his credentials. Now I will have to pay higher price plus absorb the loss of this investment.Review from Michael H

Save your money and don't pay for anything up front or in cash. I read all the good review so decided to use him overlooking the bad reviews. It's now over a month later, and my bathroom still hasn't been completed. I gave the guy 50% upfront $400 +/- and a key to get into the condo and let him know he has two weeks to get it done before I will be back. Two weeks later, I go to the condo, and nothing has been done, and the acid is still on the floor from his first visit. He comes over that weekend, paints the shower, and says he's out of supplies to paint the floor and will be back Tuesday. Sadly I give him $400 +/- more and haven't seen him again. Now the bathroom still sits unfinished. DO NOT PAY HIM UPFRONT OR GIVE HIM CASH. DON'T LET HIM START WORK WITHOUT A CONTRACT IN PLACE.Review from Jeanie

Had Michael re-finish our two bathrooms on 8/14/21. Less than 24 hours later is was pealing off. Been trying to get Michael to fix his job and he won't call, or text me back. He has given days he would be here and then never shows, never calls. Run away from this company as fast as you can.Review from Joseph D

I made a mistake proceeding with this company without checking the reviews. I found that everything that was previously stated was true. Michael refinished two tubs in my home. He masked all the surrounds without any regard to quality. Once I removed the masking it took me several hours to scrape and scrub the surrounds to remove overspray. In addition he missed several areas which will now have to be refinished. He offered a discount if I paid cash so he did not have to report the income to the IRS. I intend to send a notification to the IRS as well as the state attorneys office. I left three messages on his phone as well as two emails with no response. In my opinion, Michael is a crook. I am leaving a one star review only because 0 is not available.Review from Vern C

Total hack took the cash for a very incomplete service. Never trust him
