I am rejecting this response because:Just now I went to *************** , they checked all tractions on auto loan , the check dealer mentioned is not credited and also mentioned they never take a deposit from third party , it should come from me and also said dealer can check their accounts that check is credited or not as well.
Since account is closed on September 1st week to get transaction details or auto loan monthly statements will take 15 plus days.
Sincerely,
*********** ******Business response

I bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I was in to service my vehicle and decided to just check what they would pay for it. On august 24th I was quoted $15,000 and they would add the cost I just spent to service it. I wanted to think about it. So the sales manager ***** told me I had 30 days or 2000 miles for that quote to be good for. Well 2 weeks later, ***** is on vacation and another manager tells me that he absolutely will not honor the verbal contract of one of his managers and low ***** an offer at $13,000. This has to be illegal. I have always serviced my cars here, and spent tens of thousands at this dealership. Sounds like they are like ********** with their garbage and disrespectful behavior. They have lost a customer for life and I will make sure to tell everyone about this experience. DisgustingBusiness response

I bought a new Honda CRV from the courtesy Palm Harbor in May 2024. At the time I was offered an extended warranty and I acccepted it and paid for it in cash. After fully reading the contract, I realized that the extended warranty is actually with a separate insurance company and is not written in my interest. But it did have a cancellation option, so I contacted Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and asked for cancellation in July. That is where the problem starts. I got hold of the person who sold us the warranty (*****************). He sent me the cancellation form which we filled out and returned to him immediately, After that, all communication from him stopped. After two weeks of calling and sending emails and not getting any answer, I reached out again and got the general manager (***). *** was very receptive, he said he would fix this. Next day he called and said he would get back. Then I did not hear from him. Today I received an email from a lady in ******* saying they have no record of sale in *******. I did not buy this car in *******. I bought it from Courtesy Palm Harbor. Needless to say that this administrative chaos is not creating a good customer experience. And at this time there is no clarity of when this cancellation will be processed. It seems that the expectation from the customer is just to sit and wait with no data or communication being provided. This is not customer service and a very poor show.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from business in 2021 with warranty coverage. I traded in the car in March 2023. I contacted the business about getting a refund for the unused warranty. They promptly gave me the form and I returned it. I was told it would take 4 to 8 weeks to process payment. Its now been 10 weeks and I have not received a check. I have sent two emails to my contact asking for an update but have received no reply.Business response

I reviewed the customers concern and found out they are correct. His products were not properly canceled in a timely fashion. I had the cancellations resubmitted late last week, I followed up this morning and am glad to let you know he should be receiving a check from the warranty company in the next 3-4 weeks, and he will also be receiving a check for a sales tax refund from **.

I have been trying for weeks to cancel a warranty sold to me by Honda on a vehicle I no longer own. I have made numerous attempts to cancel and provided all documents asked for. My calls go ignored and all calls lead to answering machines. When speaking with receptionist I was told we have been busy with customers. I was furious and had to remind her that's what I am. But because they owe me money they won't take care of me. I was also given a fake phone number to call by one of their financial officers. I'm beside myself with anxiety over how they have treated me and handled me as a customer.Business response

Contacted Palm Harbor Honda with request of prorated GAP insurance refund, as my car loan was paid early and in full as of 12/13/2021. I contacted online chat on ******************************** December 23rd, 2021 requesting information, and I gave my contact information out to the customer service agent to be contacted on steps of payout. No contact was made by Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. I called on January 6th, 2022 and spoke to Mark B. of the finance department, who requested I send an email to ************************* with a copy of the letter stating my car loan was paid in full. I sent the email at 6:49PM January 6th, and received no response. On January 12th, 2022 I emailed the general manager Ron W. at ************************ with a copy of my email sent to finance and letter in order to escalate the nonresponse. I was informed I was supposed to receive a form to sign after my loan paid off letter was received. I believe Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda is not replying so I forget to request the refund. I would like a full refund with the prorated rate back dated to January 6th as this non response will cause the prorated refund to be even less. Thank you.Business response
