      I ordered a couple of packets of seeds from PepperHead.com on September 11, early morning. While I didn't expect them to ship it immediately, I was expecting it to be done somewhat expeditiously as it's a minor order. I did eventually receive a shipment notification, but it was just the shipment being setup with **** (They always send the notification when it's initially setup even if they didn't receive it yet). Upon checking the tracking info, it says the **** still hasn't received the package yet. I reached out to them yesterday with no response, and I followed up this morning with another contact form submission.After searching the web for PepperHead.com, I found these complaints from the BBB. Many of those complaints sound extremely familiar to my situation, and I can't understand why this company continue to do this. After searching exhaustively on their site, they offer no phone number or email address to contact them directly. I suppose I should've proceeded cautiously considering, but their site seemed well-made and aesthetically trustworthy. I've been deceived.I essentially would like to know why they setup a shipment that was never received by the ****, where the seeds actually are, and what we are going to do about resolution of this problem. If the tracking was a mistake or erroneous, I'd like the updated information. If they haven't actually shipped it yet, I'd like the order canceled immediately.This company should do better. Businesses like this are the whole reason huge businesses like Amazon can flourish so easily.

      Good Morning *****, I received your email this morning and was responding to it when I received your BBB complaint. Your order was shipped on the 13th. I am looking at the tracking number now and it doesn't look like it was scanned into the **** system. I can either give you a refund or ship it out again. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I apologize for the delay in your order.

      You should have received an email with tracking that your order shipped out this morning. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. How would you like to proceed? I can offer you a refund if that is your preference.

      As with most complaints here, I was charged and received an email saying my order had been shipped. The tracking shows the product was never delivered to the ************ There is no phone number for resolution. There is no response from the contact on their website. I did get one response off their ******** page promising shipping the next day. I received no new email tracking number nor response to multiple inquiries. It seems maybe going through the BBB will provide response/results.

      January 31st ordered 10 seeds of four different peppers. Arrived on February 6th. Followed germination instructions and have seeds on heat mat since February 7th. So far only three ghost pepper seeds sprouted out of 40 total seeds. Try to contact pepperhead.com on the website, and it tells you message could not be delivered, contact site administrator. No way to contact and no way to give reviews, Im starting to think Ive been taken.

I have tried to contact them several times and no response . I want a refund.

      On 3/22 I ordered Two "World's Hottest Pepper Powder Sampler" kits from PepperHead for $75.90 total. They were shipped on 3/28 via USPS and delivered a few days after. Upon arrival, I saw that one of the boxes had broken Glass and spilled pepper. I never opened that box. I contacted PepperHead twice via the e-mail on their website. There was no response, not even an auto response acknowledging my Complaint.

      order # ****** on 3/27/2022 first class shipping with order, total $127.85. on 4/1/2022 received email from Perrerhead that shipment had been shipped with following shipment number given ********************** . When tracking shipment no order was received for shipment. I tried to connect with Pepperhead via internet but my login in password and/or email was not recognized. At that time started reading multible complaints about Pepperhead and felt I should also log complaint. They took my money $127.85 and as of now 4/2/2022 have not been sent order #****** . Email on 4/1/2022 states order has been sent but when I try to track order, nothing!!! Unable to connect with Pepperhead via internet/login. This is an abuse of business / trust has been lost, they should be shut down!

      Placed order on March 7th and no product or response from them. I've sent several emails and yet had a response. I should have checked here first before ordering as no response seems to be a common thing with this business. Cancel my order, refund my money, I'm going to the bank to deal with your lack of communication tomorrow.

      I placed an order, # ****** on January 9th, 2022. I ordered 3 Pepper Powder Sampler Kits and upon arrival on January 13th, 2022, two of the kits were broken upon arrival. I have emailed the company once or twice a week since my order arrived damaged and have not received any type of acknowledgment from them. All I want is to get this order settled as soon as possible. Thank you.
