This business destroyed my stairs and screen door by over use of a pressure washer and a hand held *********************. I am not sure why the small demo ********************* was even used but the stairwell is now separating from my home and the stairs and door were destroyed by ****** aggressive use of the pressure washer. There was a huge cloud of concrete dust that lasted for minutes. 2 steps have a 4 inch crack that was blasted down the center & cracked the stairs in half. The concrete stairs all have uneven etching and large holes in the lip. I contacted **** immediately and he took zero responsibility for the damage and ceased contact with me after I sent pictures of all the damage. I sent a video of a large cloud of concrete dust that occurred for approx 3 minutes during the power washing that covered everything. An entire layer of concrete was blasted off the stairs. After which, he sent another employee to cover up the cracks with caulk and paint them to try and hide the crack and the severe damage. It did not work. You can see the caulk and the severe etching and he has not been back to repair the blown out stairs, the door, the holes in the lip of the stairs of the caulk that is exposed and the deep etching into the concrete, At a later date another employee showed up with a small ********************* and started pounding the 2nd flight of stairs. It was so severe that I have texts from neighbors asking me what they are doing as it was shaking the entire building. After 2 months and a demand letter from an attorney the stairs are still destroyed and are now unsafe as the entire concrete stairwell has started separated from house. We now have cracks going down the length of the concrete wall that hold the stairs and the stairs are separating from the house. I question the use of the small jackhammer. This is unacceptable and I will be posting this review to all websites and contacting ***************************** as she does stories about contractors shoddy work.

*********************** is not a customer of ********************** (SCI, hereafter).  ***** is a resident in a multi-************** name Bonaventure that we have worked for multiple times.  Our customer is the ************************ not *****************  Nearly everything **************** contends in her complaint is factually inaccurate.  SCI did NOT harm Ms. ******* door in any way. Representatives of the *********************** investigated her claim about damages to the door, and found no evidence that we harmed the door. It's an old door that was already damaged by years of wear & tear.  She claimed she had video evidence showing that we harmed her door, but after multiple requests by both our company and association board members, no video was ever produced by *****************  I ceased contact with **************** only after the board requested I do so.  Prior to cessation, in all email correspondence with ****************, she was asked to provide her video evidence, and she failed to do so.  The other claims by **************** are also wrong.  I have also never seen a video of the purported concrete dust we created, however none of our work ever produced "a cloud of concrete dust" as she alleges.  **************** doesn't own the stairs that we worked on, they are community property, and we were doing work at the association's directive.  We were there to treat ***** metals surfaces, then prime and paint them.  Some surfaces were so severely rusted that there were holes in the metal.  Areas with severe rust damage to the metal will be repaired by a welder, but that work will be done by a separate company.  **************** is ignorant of this because she isn't on the Bonaventure board.  Our work created none of the alleged damage, and any pre-existing damages beyond our specified work scope, are another contracting company's responsibility.  *************************** can corroborate all that I've stated in this response.  I will ask their permission to provide their contact information.

      Sincerely, *********************, President
