  We hired polymath the redo our roof in September of 2021. In the process of redoing the roof, they did not seal the roof properly and caused damages all throughout my home. One night, it began raining and water was coming in through the ceiling in almost every room in the house. After hours of trying to contact the Project manager, the ceiling of my house collapsed from one end of the living room to the kitchen, nearly falling on my children. Two hours later, the project manager showed up. He assured us that he would take care of everything and we spend the night elsewhere. The "repairs" inside the house took weeks to complete, which had my family and I out of our home for roughly two weeks. After the repairs to the ceiling were "done" water kept seeping in through the ceiling in my sons room, and the AC register. After Coercing my wife into signing papers for the financing company, the PM stopped answering our calls and left work undone at my home from the damages they caused. Today, 7 month later, the AC register keeps leaking when it rains. Mark, the manager who took over for the PM who abandoned us, is blaming the leak on the AC unit claiming they won't fix it because it is "unrelated". Although the we only started experiencing water leaks when they started working in the roof. When we were in the process of getting quotes, we specifically requested that Polymath lifted the AC Unit, so that they can seal the roof properly and avoid leaks in the future, as every other company had suggested. This was included in the scope of work and we were billed accordingly. When I mentioned this to Mark, he claims that the AC was never lifted, so they won't fix the leak because they didn't "cause" it. Not only did they lie about lifting the AC and properly ceiling the roof, they also billed me for it and are refusing to fix the leak that they caused because they did not lift the AC unit.
