      They took two monthly deductions from my credit card on file there Citi card at $59.99 each which added up to $839.86 and I called the Palm Harbor location and asked them about why I was getting two deductions a month and the manager at that location said it was the credit card companies fault, so I reported this to Citi Card and they looked into this, when they got back with me it showed for seven months on the 17th of the month that two $59.99 where taken out, called back a month later and they said that I was no longer on file there and since I filed a complaint with Citi Card to figure out what was going on ( exactly what the manager told me to do) they decided to cancel my account and keep my money ?? that I had built up which is $839.86. This all started in May of 2023 until February of 2024. I have all my statements from Citi Card which shows all the transactions. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY This is wrong and I can’t believe they are still in business using these tactics.

      BEWARE! I do not recommend. STAY AWAY You will get sucked into a subscription.And when you cancel, they still charge your credit card.And then act like you had never cancelled.Then try to tell you that you could give a some massage hours away. All you have to do is pay the $20 transfer.So we tried to give a massage as a gift then they called to cancel the appointment for the massage hours that we transferred to family as a gift. Said that we couldnt.After, being there two days before telling us that we were able to transfer some hours. No problem . Tried calling, and the manager tried to backpedal on her words. Said that we had to do that day. Which is a complete LIE she never mentioned that. WE were both there when she said it. What they are doing is fraud and very misleading to the customers. Will have no choice to use up the hours, but will NEVER BOOK book again.DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They shook loose Their license for fraud!! Just horrible!!

      I purchased holiday gift cards from this company and when my boyfriend tried to redeem one of them they couldnt find any record. Even though I have all of the information on them and the charges on my credit card!! The young girl at the front was very rude and wanted to keep blaming Corporate.. She was really non compassionate and very unhelpful! She walked away with my phone into an office and closed the door without even letting me know what she was doing.. I tried calling Corporate a few times leaving messages but no one has returned my call!!

      BEWARE!! This franchise knowingly violates their legal terms and conditions regarding cancellation of recurring membership fees. In May of 2023 I first began attempting to cancel my membership. I was then told I could send certified mail, which they knew would not arrive before my next billing cycle. I spoke with the Lakewood Ranch location, which confirmed that email should be a suitable option and there was an email cancellation form. On my behalf, they tried to obtain the email address for me to submit, but were denied. My husband called for the email address and was told we would have to drive to the location to obtain it. Like, really?!? Looking at MassageLuxe website, it clearly states email is an option for cancellation. We were told repeatedly that they were a franchise and could make different rules and that I had, in fact, waived my rights when initating my contract. We asked for proof. I was finally given a copy which was updated in 2022, it clearly states that email is an acceptable method for cancelling, directly contradicting what I have been told in numerous calls before. Not only did the contract clearly state it was ok, but the contract was not signed by me, nor was my 'printed name' spelled correctly. Considering how vehemently Westchase has held their ground regarding their legal rights to hold me hostage in this contract, they had in fact flat out LIED to myself and my husband. Upon contacting their location again, I was told by the front desk that the owners know that they are violating contract terms and that they have instructed their staff to deny customers access to this option; a clear legal violation! This business is beyond disgusting and these owners should lose their franchiseship. Thankfully, my bank has escalated this as fraudulent activity and will deny further charges but this has been an absolutely sickening ordeal and I am appalled at the corrupt and illegal behaviors of the owners. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this establishment!

      This morning I had a flat tire I needed to get it fixed immediately, I called and canceled my appointment because I was no way I could get there as I am sitting at tire kingdom as we speak. I know the rules but, I have been canceled on twice and then have to wait over a week and a half to get rescheduled. I told them I could even bring the receipt from the tire shop showing what time I arrived when having a blowout. I don't understand why 50% could not be given back to the customer and let us reschedule. I'm not sure how it is not fair for the customer but it is fair for the employee to call out on the same day and I only get an hour notice. Really not happy I love my massage therapist, but I do not agree with the business policies. Make sure you're ready to lose money if of emergencies show up.

      This People doesn't follow the rule and respect to the client , also they don't care if you health enough to can contagious COVID, plus they don't give you paper about the policy and they do not email you . It is the worse experience ever , the massage wasn't complete they charge money if you train to reschedule on time , also the manager Michelle she told me the only can call to cancel .... Guess what they don't have the system to can do it electronically . I call 1hr and 30 minutes early because my daughter have fever and I trying to leave a message and they answer machine was full , so I spoke with Michelle as soon as they open and she decide to charge me more money when wasn't my fault. I requested the policy to send by email so I can have clear knowledge about it and they refused, only in person ! After she told me in my face that I only need to call her o to the place to cancel. Bad massage, they treat you horrible and the top of that they get money without serving you .
