This company did the title work for my mothers property in ******* **, Well when the title was written up it was written in the wrong owners name. It was even titled in the wrong county (how do you even mess that up?) Well, my mother brought this to their attention on multiple different occasions, which we have the e-mail documentation of. And nothing was ever corrected. Email after email....nothing done...... Here we are years later and attempting to sell the property and we can't because the title was never corrected. We then Contacted Star title to fix the error, and were told that would be no problem... "just give us the title work on the closing". Which we decided to do, because we needed the house sold due to medical conditions. 1 week....2 weeks.... 3 weeks... no contact. Our buyer and their realtor attempted to reach out and were given no contact, my realtor reaches out....no contact. At, this point our buyer has backed out, and we have a house that is not able to be sold. After a month and a half we finally have contact with management and told that they can fix it. 1 week...2 weeks.....3 weeks. All this time emails are being sent from us, for some kind of update.....crickets..no call backs. Contact my realtor to give him the update only to find out that it's been almost 3 weeks and they have yet to release the 5k escrow back to the buyers.
