On July 1st, 2022 Refresh Air Conditioning LLC installed an AC unit at my property. Since then the unit has not been functioning properly. I have contacted the company on several occasions via phone and text and have received no response. My messages have been read as I have received read reports and still no response. The unit was a brand new unit and is less than 3 months old at the time of reaching out to the company. The service and product should still be under warranty however the company refuses to acknowledge my concerns for service.Initial Complaint

I am Workmond Napoleon. I am opening this complaint after a month of getting the run around from Refresh Air Conditioning Company. They were suppose to pull the permits before starting the job and I was reassured it was done. After a scheduled inspection was completed with the ************************, I was later sent the attached Certified Letter stating a changeout of the ac system was done without a permit. I have been trying to resolve this issue with Refresh Air Conditioning since with negative results and false response from the company and their employees . The reason I came to BBB was because of the great customer service and reputation for protecting your customers from companies like this victimize consumers. Thank you in advance for your assistance during this difficult experience.
