I went in to have my **** ****** ***** repaired. There was an issue with the brakes when I went in they assured me that they would take care of my problem after running diagnostics. I spoke to the man and he assured me that he would look for a used part to replace my ABS system so I didn’t have to pay too much for a new part, and eventually he found one out of state a week later and it still had to be shipped to Florida and then it had to be installed when it was finally installed they couldn’t turn the car on or keep it on and that’s when I found out that they weren’t experienced in working in hybrid vehicles and all they said was that I needed to take it into a dealership to resolve the problem and that it would be my problem (expense) I told them that we never had an issue with the car turning off and it Only arose because they worked on a car they weren’t experienced with, and they should be responsible to which they ignored. Another thing is they offer financing which I applied for and got approved but when it came to actually applying the virtual card no one there knew how to utilize it or apply it to my balance, on my end it was approved but since it didn’t show up on their computer they didn’t release my vehicle to me even though their financing company said it was approved and the funds should be there. The whole time they had my car they made it very hard for me to get any updates and I only got the runaround, they had my car for 2 weeks and I still had to take it to a dealership/ the man I originally spoke to about my car was never there to speak to and his mom would be there to take my calls and she doesn’t speak English so it was hard to even get help with anything and even then she would say she doesn’t know anything and her son would be in tomorrow which he never would be. Very unprofessional business and they should learn about their finance company that they offer before offering it.
