total SCAM. No DR visit and charged me and insurance for a online survey. Unacceptable!!

I found them in a strept throat-induced haze, while searching for my normally covered Teladoc through insurance. I was billed $1000 for less than a 5 minute text exchange. They ended up prescribing me a prescription that shouldn't have been prescribed for Strept. Original charge came through for close to $200 (insurance was billed $1000 though!!!) - then came back with a $98 charge. The whole thing seems scammy for sure and I did not receive sound services.

I agree it is a scam, at least the telehealth business. They up charge your insurance company and will send any remaining balance to debt collectors. The online visit is less than 10 minutes and they will only prescribe medications that you can easily obtain over the counter. Googling your medical condition will provide you with better healthcare.

Trying to pay a bill-no one returns calls! This place has horrible customer service. Some people like us will not make online payments. 3 calls no return call. A 7 to 10 day business return call policy! For Gods sakes-for what you charge hire employees! We will never use this place again and telling all our friends!

It's a scam. You never speak to a doctor, you never have the OPTION to speak to a doctor and then they charge you for literally nothing. I could not contact a real doctor before or after my intake.

Complete scamm!!!!I'm paying for something that wasn't provided. It was extremely hard to navigate. When I finally spoke with someone they said they would provide a note for work and instead provided a receipt and that I contacted them and gave me no medical advice. Total scam. I'm not sure why they ask for insurance I think it's so people think they are legit as I did think that because it accepted insurance and they never provided a note. I got fired as my work said this isn't a note this is something saying that u talked to someone with a receipt not excusable! Total scam

Absolute SCAM! I did not have an appointment, I did not receive labs and I did not receive prescriptions yet they billed me for all of these things. I tried to call, and email and never got a response. I was charged $88.00 and my insurance was charged $500.00 for services I never even came close to receiving. This company needs to be investigated.

My very first telehealth visit here was paid for by my insurance. Well I had a bad experience and the director of operations said that she would give me a credit for that visit, but again my insurance paid for it so that credit should have been applied to my account. Then the second time I used the service bad experience again but I'm in a situation where I have to use urgent Care from home and they were my only option at the time. I didn't see anyone I didn't receive a prescription but yeah I'm being billed for some reason. My insurance company handled the full bus at the first time so why wouldn't it cover visits after that and I'm not going to pay for a doctor's ****** visit where I wasn't seeing or prescribed any medication. they keep bombarding my house with bills they keep bombarding my emails with bills. I'm going to have to block them on my email and figure out a way to get it to where they can't keep sending these statements to my house. this is ridiculous it's been nothing but bad business with this company since the start to finish. They're very unorganized and I see it's not just me it's other people that's getting billed for visits they didn't even conduct. Somebody truly needs to look into this company and investigate they really do

I used their ‘telemed’ services for a prescription for an antibiotic for a broken tooth. I never spoke to a human either by phone or via computer and answered a few survey questions online about my situation and was $1,500.00!!! I never received the prescription because it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and was never able to contact anybody, despite my best effort, to get the prescription sent to the right place. This place should be investigated for fraud!! I am not exaggerating when I say I was literally billed $1,500.00 to the penny for services never received!

Went to this urgent care to have an abscess drained and received the worst experience. Not only did the nurse practitioner tell me that I should not be in pain and that she will not give me child-like treatments, which I did not ask for. She proceeded to falsify her medical report about what occurred in her presence. The facility did nothing to rectify the situation and proceeded to charge me although I did not receive a complete visit or service. As a patient this is the worst place you can go.
