            January 19, 2024 I signed a contract with Florida Building Pros Inc. to replace roofing on my home located at ****************************************************Being that I am located in ***** the agreement was to have one of my employees on site at the Florida location during the time the work was completed. I scheduled with Florida Building Pros *** to have the the work completed the week of 2/25 - 3/3. I flew my employee to the location and he was on site from 2/24 - 3/4. Florida Building Pros *** never showed during the week. Never completed the work. I have asked in writing for a refund of my $6,100 deposit that was paid for this project but have not received the refund to date.

            We had some roof damage and contacted Florida Building Pros, they were quick to respond and we got a fair bid. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. We would definitely come back for roof repairs.
