On OCT 03. 2022 I used one of their pay vacuums at a gas station located on *********** AND ******************* AT THE ***************** SUNOCO GAS STATION. The machine turned on but had ZERO suction as the tube probably had a blockage. So I lost my $1.50 as the machine, with no suction, was useless for vacuuming.I asking to gas station they said call to vacuumed company. **************.I called them that day one of lady employee told me they will send refunand for me. So i was waiting for whole month. But never received it. When i call again she said after week i should get it.Then 4 more times I called again. He's name is *****. He said Next monday give me call.but never responded. They always say they will send in the refund and take my address. in the end they just ignore doing on the purpose.They just play the game. This company disrespect to many people. It need to punish for that. They trying to make me give up but i will never give up untill they payback and apologize. see they proudly display their BBB accreditation, and this probably transmits confidence in them as a serious business. But they not good company. I see that ****** reviews many people has same complaint before. That mean is They doing bad all the times. They have to know how much important for custimer services and maintenance. I hope they feel something this time.also they have to refund and apologize.
