I do not recommend ********'s driving classes under any circumstances. I scheduled and paid $1000 for 10 classes for my daughter back in July 2023. My family had an emergency that same month and we had to postpone the classes for 3 weeks. From August 4th until today October 2nd, my daughter has only received 4 hrs of driving instructions because ******** keeps canceling and not rescheduling in a timely fashion... one time because her son was sick, another time because it was raining a bit, two others because according to her we did not agree on the schedule (and that is not true). All kind of excuses... because she is short staffed, because she had to drop off a student in ************ and she did not have time to give the class to my daughter... On my conversation with her today she would rearrange all the classes and we will finish the last week of November ?? because she does not have time to reschedule. I claimed my money back for the 6 classes that remain and she denied. My daughter is not getting the driving experience I want for her and ********'s response was that it is our fault because we are not "available". We are available 5 days a week after 3 pm to have classes and the weekends at any time. ******** blamed it on my family and she said she is not going to give any money back because she is not denying the service.... but she is clearly postponing it. Again, because of her lack of time to reschedule my daughter classes I asked for my money back, $600, because she is not getting the driving experience she needs to be safe when she has to drive by herself.
