On 10/4/22 I purchased ********** Blueprint Program, which offered a 30-day money back guarantee.On 11/2/22 I requested my money back.On 11/3/22 customer service contacted me offering me a choice of vouchers, but no refund.Please help me to obtain a refund.Business response

Dear ****************,The customer requested a refund on 11/2/22. On 11/03/22 we offered him to try some of our supplements or one of our other programs as an alternative to a refund. The customer responded to the email and declined our offer. On 11/4/22 we issued a refund. On 11/8/22 the customer confirmed receipt of the refund and that he would confirm with you (the BBB) that the issue has been resolved. We never intended to deny the customer a refund.Attached is a screenshot from the customer confirming that he received the refund and confirming that he attempted to withdraw the complaint with BBB.Customer response
