            They are the worst. Took my money promising to sponge my record and made me wait for three months after I found out on my own that Tallahassee FDLE had sent them the letter I needed to have my record clear. They will not answer their phone nor return phone calls. Better be nice to them otherwise they're very vindictive ended up driving in person to their office since I was unable to getcthem on the phone. ******** is in charge bur in mu humble opinion he never knows what's going on. That place is a shame.
