    I took my motorcycle to JM HONDA MIAMI on 12/14/2022 (receipt attached) was to do a simple oil change as well as a Sprocket and chain replacement. To my surprise the brand new chain on my motorcycle fell off on the highway on 12/21/2022. I took my motorcycle back to the dealership on 12/22/2022 (receipt attached) and to my surprise I was informed that they had installed the wrong chain on my motorcycle. Meaning they knew. I was told all repairs would take no more than 30 days. Now, fast forward 3 months later and my motorcycle was still sitting at the dealership stripped down and no work done. A month and half later on Thursday, February 16th 2023, I went in person to JM Honda Miami to check in on the progress of my motorcycle. I saw my motorcycle still stripped down. I am seriously questioning the credentials of the technicians working at this location. Every single time I have gone over to check on my motorcycle there is an issue. Parts missing, Techs quitting, someone getting blamed for mistakes. I have asked multiple times for a way to get in contact with the owner or anyone in the higher echelon of management all they give me it's a bogus email address or disconnected phone number. I called JM Honda on Thursday March 2nd, to my surprise they had SENT my motorcycle to another location without my consent and without notifying me. I was told my motorcycle would be done by Tuesday, March 7th. I asked where my motorcycle was located and they refused to tell me where. I called the police and reported my motorcycle stolen since I didn't know the whereabouts. 5 minutes later the manager came out and said that the ***** told him to go get my motorcycle and bring it back and that I would have to take it as is. NO REPAIRS DONE. My motorcycle showed up an hour later missing several parts! They stole/kept all of my hardware for my engine. Broke all of my motorcycle fairings valued over 600 dollars. They refused to give me back my money and basically told me to F Myself.
