*******'s (specifically Beadles the technician) did a great job in correcting my air conditioning problem. She arrived 2-3 hours early to get my air working again...on a Sunday. I have found that they are reliable and honest...just what you want when it comes to repairs. I have the annual maintenance package, and it is worth it. I chose *******'s for an estimate on a referral from friends. My AC system is currently working fine, but is 34+ years old and I want to get ahead of any problems and hopefully lower my electric bills with a more efficient system. ***** was professional, clear and concise with information and quick to respond with my choices/estimates. Called *******'s along with four other AC companies to obtain a quote for a new AC unit. ***********************, Comfort Consultant for *******'s, was the most knowledgeable and professional of all the sales personnel I interviewed during this process. He easily answered all of my questions and was very helpful in guiding me, along the way, to my final decision. Before hand, I did research on each and every company that I selected to quote on this project. I utilized my 40+ years of business experience to help guide my decision. This was our first experience with *******'s. **** arrived on time, discussed what he was going to do, described the condition of our A/C system with plenty of pictures and answered all of our questions - very professional. We are very happy having Anthonys service our HVAC, that we decided to have them try to fix a difficult electrical problem. The electrician, ******, was very thorough and methodical in trying to figure out why the outlet was dead. Others have tried, but ****** worked very hard and figured it out. He actually found that electrical wires in the attic were cut and live! He repaired and prevented what was a real potential fire hazard! We will call on him for any future repairs!Review from Carole B

Our technician was Collin for our semi-annual inspection and he was professional, personable, and knowledgable, as we have come to appreciate in all of Anthony's people with whom we have communicated. I really dislike having to arrange for inspections with companies, but both calling Anthony's and having a technician come is not at all unpleasant!
