On 3/25/2022, I hired CL Air Solutions to install two mini splits. Per the agreement, this included pulling permits as required by the city. I paid the total amount due of $9,500 for invoice #533 on 3/25/22, the same day the mini splits were installed. At the time, there wasn't an electrician available due to scheduling and estimation. Since there wasn't an electrician selected, we decided CL Air would go ahead and install the mini splits and they would pull the permits once an electrician was found. An electrician was identified on 5/26/2022 and I sent the information to CL Air on 5/26/2022 via SMS. I received no response. I then called and left a message on 06/03/2022 asking that he pull the permits and add the electrician as a subcontractor. No response. I called and texted again on 06/14/2022 and 06/20/2022, with no response. Additionally, I emailed on 06/20/2022. I had already scheduled the electrician for 07/07/2022. I finally got ahold of CL Air on 6/24/2022 when I called from a different phone number. He told me he was having phone problems and missed a bunch of emails and phone calls. He said he'd pull the permit and it was no problem. Called again on 6/28/2022 from both my cell and house phone and left a voicemail, to which there was no response. Called again on 6/29/2022 from house phone and he answered. He said he would pull the permit on 06/30/2022. I called back on 07/01/2022 and no response. I tried calling again 07/05, 07/06 and no response. Called the city on 07/06 and no permit had been filed. I had to cancel the electrician on 07/06, the day before electrician was scheduled, because the electrician wouldn't do the work without a permit.
