      I purchased a vehicle in February, it is now August and the car has given out. I was on the side of the road with my 11 month old . The owner yelled at me and hung the phone up on me. I left a review and he lied saying that the car is wrecked in the front .. it isnt wrecked and wouldnt cause the car not to crank!! Hes very disrespectful. Told me I needed to pay a tow truck and get the car to him to see what wrong with it. The car has been jumping and I informed him of this, he wants me to pay him to repair a car that already had problems.

      CLIENT BOUGHT THE VEHICHE WITH AN AS IS , NO WARRANTY CONDITION (SEE ATTACHMENT DOCUMENTS), SHE (MS ********************** WAS GIVEN THE OPTION TO COMPLEET THE *** 2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE, ALSO WE HAVE BEING VERY UNDERTENDING ON HER BEING LATE ON MONTHLY PAYMENTS, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE REFERED WITH PROBLEMS THAT DONT CONCERN US AS SELLERS , FIRST SHE HAD A KEY PROBLEM , THEN ACCORDIND TO HER ON THE *** IN QUESTION AC STOP WORKING AND ENGINE GIVE UP, THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT ON A GAS STATION WITH THE RISK OF BEING TOW AWAY , WE SENT FOR IT AND AFTER INSPECTION THE ISSUE WAS THAT DUE TO A FRONTAL IMPACT THE RADIATOR CRACK AND OVERHEAT, VEHICLE WAS TOW TO OUR FACILITIES, CLIENT HAD A VERY AGRESIVE  ACCTITUDE OVER THE ***** AND IN PERSON AS WELL, WE WILL ALSO ATTACH TEXT MESSAGE OF AGRESIVE BEHAVIOR AND THREATS . VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED AND CLIENT WILL BE BILLED FOR IT.

      AS ITY TO*** THE CLIENT IS DUE ON HER AUGUST PAYMENT .

      I am rejecting this response because: the dealer wants me to pay for repairs that were already an issue before I purchased the vehicle. I did not wreck the vehicle nor did I do anything to damage the radiator . Hes gotten over on plenty of people according to his reviews and a family member that purchased a vehicle from him as well. He is lying instead of taking accountability that he sold me a lemon that was going to eventually break down and Id have to pay him for repairs which means its a win win for him but a lost for me completely .

      THIS WAS THE RESULT AFTER INSPECTION, AS SHOWN IN THE *** , FRONT BUMPER SHOW A DENT AND SCRATCH AND AS A RESULT A LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT BRACKET BROKED AND LEAK ANTIFREEZE.

      ALSO SHOWN THE VEHICLE BEING REPAIRED,

      I am rejecting this response because: There has been an ongoing problem with this company . The car broke down in mid traffic while I had my 1 year old son in the car. They fixed the car but did not provide any paperwork regarding what was fixed, he just issued a bill. 3 weeks after they fixed the car it was having the same issue so I asked him where the part was purchased from , and he said **** and I told him that explains why a radiator was $75 because it was not purchased BRAND NEW at an auto part store . Ive been telling him that I cannot make a payment because he has left me in a bind and Im trying to get someone to properly fix the vehicle. This morning I go outside and the car has been repod. I called the owner to ask where the vehicle is so I cant get my childs car seat and other items out of the car and he hung up on me and blocked my phone number . I will never conduct business with this man again, *** lost all my money in the process of trying to pay him and uphold the maintenance of this car.
