After losing everything to Hurricane Michael we had to rebuild our home. We signed a contract with Brad from at the time was Affordable Cabinets in June 2021. They later changed their name to Premier Cabinets and Granite. The contract was for the installation of cabinets throughout our home. We put 50 percent down of the $14777.00, they then received the next 40 percent at the time of installation. Since then, we have had multiple meetings, no shows, empty promises, and installers that have come in and out of my home. There have been some to the level of uncomfortable. With the exception of one or two who seemed to have somewhat a comprehension of installing cabinets. These installers refused to come back due to lack of payment from Premier Cabinets or some sort of other disagreement. We have had multiple no shows after taking time off of work which becomes costly to us. In the beginning we had some communication, however after they received their other 40 percent, they became fewer and fewer to the point I had an attorney send them a letter asking them to finish the job. Once they received the letter, they finally responded but per the usual they sent someone else who did not know what they were doing. Every time they would send someone, they did not have all the materials or would damage something else which continues to delay the completion of the job. I have all my text, email, picture, and list of other people they have done this too correspondence. The last email I sent was on May 3, 2023, and once again no response. At this point if they are not going to finish the job, I would like a refund so I can hire someone who will. Our crown molding has been redone 4 times and is still incomplete. The last time they haven't even finished putting it up. I have cabinet doors missing and damages that have not been repaired. I have been extremely patient and exhausted every avenue. I am currently working on getting all my documentation ready to be uploaded.
