We booked a room through booking.com for beachcomber hotel. We booked a King suite ADA room with a small kitchen area. It was $510.45 for the week of October 16th to October 20th. When we arrived the room we booked did not match the online pictures and description. We asked for a room changed and they stated they did not have any other room and could not help us because we booked through a third party. We contact booking.com and they attempted to contact the hotel. After multiple phone calls and an email they finally received a response through email. The hotel agreed to cancel and only charge us for the first night. We didn’t even stay one night. We feel that since the hotel misrepresented themselves we should get a full refund. The did agree on refunding us for 3 nights (night of the 17th to the night of the 19th) and we have not received even that. I have emailed them myself and attempted to call with no luck. We would like our money back? They agreed to an amount. We should receive it by 7 days after they refunded money if they even did refund it. The entire situation was not right and raised red flags to us. The first nine pictures attached is my receipt, as well as the picture that was posted. The last pic is what we actually got.
