1) their staff is lazy and unresponsive I have been trying to with with this co for over a year now. Unless you show up at their show room and someone is there there is ZERO communication. 2) Their product is cheep compressed particle board not solid wood. They charge the prices that cabinets made out of solid wood would charge for ****. 3) install started on our new build house in September 2021 here we are 2022 May can't get them to come finish the job. They don't answer the phone, emails, nothing. So our cabinets have sat unfinished for many many months. Our builder will never use them again. 4) fast to take and demand money but not finish the job. 5) Brianna *****-***** is awful to work with she doesn't respond at all. She is the one who will design your cab and order them. She ordered the wrong handles and we are still waiting on the right ones. She forgot to order some of our cabinets and the cabinet tops still waiting for them as well. Pretty sure her job is also to answer the phone and she never answers the phone. Unless she blocks clients that have already paid and only answers to new phone numbers coming in. She also won't answer emails no matter how many you send. You have to catch her sitting in the office and even then she promises she will get things done and nothing happens. We paid in full and they haven't finished the job in 7 months we can't find a way to communicate with them.
