      The property we rented for a family vacation was a DUMP. Spotted dirty carpet throughout the home, broken towel bars in 2 bathrooms which were lying on top of the commode, spills on the walls, dirty silverware, broken handle on the microwave, soiled bed coverings, grease and stains on the walls. Handprints on the walls, food and grease on the trash bin, water would not drain in one of the tubs on the bottom floor, cracked window upstairs. We checked in after hours on June 11, 2024, so we took pictures and forwarded them to Blue Swell since they "stated" that they check messages during business hours. After I heard nothing from them the next day (Wednesday), I sent the same message again with pictures. Still nothing. I called the office on Thursday, June 14 and the person stated that she was very sorry and that she could NOW see the pictures and asked what could be done to fix the issued. I informed her that we were checking out the next day so probably nothing. So, she said she would inform management and they would discuss it during the weekly meeting. Well on Saturday morning, June 15, I received an email saying how sorry they were, and they would compensate me $375 IF I would sign an NDA stating that I would not post any negative reviews or pictures and that I had 10 days, or the offer would be null in void. We spent $2350.97. This property needs to be cleaned properly and the broken things needs to be fixed. We decided NOT to sign because we felt people need to be warned before throwing away their money. The address of the property was 125 Twelfth Street, Laguna Beach PCB. The pictures that are posted on Booking.com are not accurate. Its false advertising and something need to be done so no one else has to go through this. I'm only giving it 1 star because it was very close to the beach, and we didn't have to drive back and forth to get to it.

      Just returned from renting a unit at Sea Chase in PCB. Customer Service was confusing between emails, phone calls and texts it seemed as if nobody was in charge nor completed any work orders as promised for repairs needed during stay. Dishwasher was unable to use, balcony door was separated from frame. Minor issues were poor cleaning unit, hole in bedroom door and peeling wallpaper. Unit was dated and in need of updating including TV's.

      EVICTED 3/13/2024. Absolutely horrible experience. The home was great but the management was terrible. I found aggressive property manager standing in the home Tuesday morning. No phone call. No warning. Just let himself in. When I found him he told me we were reported for noise the night before. Totally bogus complaint. Next night he evicts us for again, false claim of underage drinking. No one was seen drinking and no tickets were given. Evicted 17 individuals 8pm with no regard for our safety and we had no place to go. Gave us 45 minutes to pack our things and get out. Absolutely disgusting. I will never rent from BLUE SWELL.

      Manager showed up at our rental at 9:00 PM at night and then preceded to kick out my son because he was 21 years old and no one was on the property who was 25 years old, I was not there when the manager came over, me 51, and they kicked us out. We were there for only one night but rented for the whole week. We did nothing wrong nor violated the rental agreement. I agree with Jaxon J in the reviews....this is "Absolutely unacceptable!". DO NOT BOOK with "Blue Swell Vacation Rentals" or work with the LLC's that are part of Blue Swell Vacation Rentals. This is super shady.

      Manager showed up at our rental at 11:30 at night and then preceded to make our children leave because my husband and I were running errands. Absolutely unacceptable. They must delete the bad reviews off of VRBO because there are only two reviews and they’re positive, but if you go to the BBB or Yelp, all you see are negatives. Absolutely insane

      Blue Swell advertised a 3 bedroom condo with balcony access for every bedroom. We paid a premium price for a premium condo. Spent 3 weeks researching condos before picking this one at the Aqua. Upon arrival, we found out that we could not use the balconies due to constructions. We also had to keep our curtains closed due to workers on the balconies. We were unable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. We were offered a different condo which we tried but it was not comparable at all to the condo we paid for. We returned to the original condo and decided to just deal with the issues there. In the meantime, while checking out the other condo, we were given paper parking passes that needed to be filled in with the unit number and departure date. We filled it out immediately to make sure our vehicle did not get towed. We were only at this condo about 30 minutes (during which time my son put his bag on one of the beds and disturbed the comforter) before deciding to go back to the Aqua. All of this back and forth took up a good part of one of our vacation days. Blue Swell then wanted to let me know how much my family had cost them: $100.00 for the paper disposable parking passes because I wrote on them and $290.00 cleaning fee because my son set his bag on the bed. They never addressed what they costs us - - several hours of our few precious vacation days and no use of an important part of the condo we paid rent for. This condo should not have been listed as available to rent during the construction. If it had been listed properly during my search for a condo, I would have had the opportunity to pick a different condo that met our requirements. I found that this happened to another family and Blue Swell tried to say they informed them - - we were never informed no matter what Blue Swell tries to say. They collected $1400.00 rent for a condo that should have not been rented at all.

      Horrible...... My family (consisting of 8) and a friends family (consisting of another 8) booked condos at Cresent Condo Miramar Beach FL after extensive research trying to find two 3 bedroom condos in close proximity to each other for a May 2024 vacation. My condo was booked through Blue Swell and the other family through Vacasa. A few weeks after making my reservations and paying 1/2 the rental agreement I received a phone call canceling my room due to the "owners" request as unavalable. Of course this put me in a tail spin to try and find another availalble 3 bedroom condo at this resort. Blue Swell informed me that they did manage another condo fitting my needs but it was listed at a much higher rate. I tried explaining that this has created a huge inconvenience as the other family had already paid 100% and could not get a refund. Since it was Blue Swell that cancelled my reservation they should have to match my agreed upon rental price for the available condo. After speaking with the superviser twice I was informed that May was an extremely popular time and they couldn't discount the prices. I told her that they could waive their percentage of the rent and maybe the cleaning fee and that would get the cost back to what I had signed my original rental contract for. Blue Swell wouldn't hear of it. I will never recommend this rental group or ever try to use them again. We are yearly vacationers in the Destin FL area and they just lost a lot of business that could have come their way in future years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP!!!! Very disappointed.

      My two puppies overdosed on weed hidden under box spring. Weed was laced with opioids, oxy and barbiturates. We called the police to report it . Police says it’s very likely someone on-site hid it and planned on coming back . Probly cleaning staff. Blue swell claims they are not liable . They are the property management company …. They hire the cleaning staff , they promise a clean and safe stay …… For two weeks now we have been contacting them and all they say is email stay @ blueswell.com because their legal team is handling it. Not once has this company or legal team apologized to us, called us, or emailed back accept for when I called and requested an email. Today after being told that they are not liable I also requested again to email me this. Nothing . This company has one hundred seventy two rental properties in Panama City and they can’t handle a two thousand plus vet bill and an apology for their cleaning staff leaving it behind ….. This time it was two puppies, next time it’ll be someone’s human kids . Hopefully they get their act together before this happens again . But even more , this is not a way yo do business. This is not how you treat people. I get that it’s not your fault it was hidden in our room but it is your fault because you are responsible for cleaning each room. There’s no way the cleaning staff couldn’t smell that . It’s the first thing we noticed walking in……. We just assumed it was outside until they found it . Shame on you for handling it this way .

      Blue Swell aggressively evicted my Disabled Airforce Veteran husband, myself and our 2 small children over a technicality buried in their 6 page contract. We were 100%compliant, but they gave us 45 minutes to leave before calling the police, which had my children crying in fear. We lost $2500 and this brutality ruined our 1 summer trip. Please find another company that won’t entrap you with a lengthy contract

      Absolutely a great experience with Blue Swell. Everything went smoothly. They were available and responded quickly with any question we had. Very nice staff. Absolute beautiful place we stayed at. No complaints!
