      The General manager, ignores phone calls, messages and emails. I spent weeks trying to make contact when I took over my father's affairs in 2021. Having no knowledge of his timeshare, I was pressed to learn information on it, how it operates, etc. After much persistence, she finally answered an email, but not with answers, instead with attitude as she tried to insist I pay $1000 to "sell the property back". Instead of providing any information on it. Even though I had presented a power of attorney document for her records. I had to contact the deeds office just to get record of it. She was angry that I was asking her questions, pursuing contact with her. But who else could answer questions? I was expected to pay $550 a year maintenance on something I still had no information on, on how to even book it. It wasn't until his timeshare booking rolled around that I took the opportunity to be there in person to get specific information I needed. I didn't want to pay a year in advance with my father in poor health, but was assured the booking would be honored for the year paid for in advance, in the event of his passing. He passed in 2022, with it paid up for 2023, but I was denied booking. Tried to call, email for a month, before being directed to assistant manager for answers. When she learns this, she literally called me up, infuriated and claimed I'm harassing her, that she had answered my questions, threatens to call the cops if I email or call again....??? Claims she doesn't allow prior paid bookings ??? All bookings are a year in advance! I was there again in 2022, a month after he passed, Only because it WAS paid in advance. Explained 2023 was paid too and assured it would be honored. Trying to understand why it wasn't is what upsetted her. She cussed me out, said there was nothing I could do. I asked for her superiors contact so I could file a complaint. She laughed said she makes $400/yr, and I can't do anything, then hangs up. This is not how business works.

      I am a bluegreen vacation club owner and i have been staying at ocean towers at panama city beach for over 10 years with no complaints until now. WE put up a 300 deposit when we checked in ocean towers on oct 24 and stayed 5 days. We checked out for 2 days and checked back in on the 31 of oct. We put up another 300 dollar deposit and stayed 5 more day. At no time did anyone voice any complaints about our stay the week before. We left our unit very clean and did not break any of their smoking rules. So we had no idea there was a problem until we went to check our the second week. At that time the day manager Machell H became very rude with me and said we had left our unit filthy the week before and had smoked in it. I told her that was not possible because my husband and i are allergic to smoke and no one smoked in the room or anywhere it was not allowed. I told her my son smoked in the area where smoking was allowed only. And i know the room was clean when we left it because i double checked it to make sure everything was clean. She laughed at me and said i have pics of cigg buts in the room and of how dirty the room was. She also said she knew our room would be dirty and smoked in again so she was keeping our deposit for this stay also. I asked to see the pic because i knew she was telling a lie. she refused to show me any pics. She just laughed again and said I am keeping both your deposits and there is nothing you can do about it. We had just left our unit and it was very clean and again no one had smoked in the unit. My son told her that was ********* and she was telling lies to steal our deposit. She told us to get off the property or she would call the cops. That she loved to call the cops on trash like us. We are not trash. I am an RN and my husband is a retired minister. WE left the room clean and no one smoked in it. She is stealing 600$ from us and we did not break the rules. Ocean towers is running a scam to cheat folks out of their deposits.

We are a non smoking vaping property. When her and her family first arrived they informed us the would be smoking medical marijuana in the room. At that time we let the guest know that it is not allowed, by law you can only have it in your home and in your car from a dispensary. Her son (around 40) became very upset at that time but did leave our lobby. The first room they checked out of had cigarette buts and ashes in the bed. They left and we charge the card. We did not know they had another reservation two days later and checked back in for a week. When they went to check out the second time before they left I had the director of housekeeping check the room and it was worse than the first. Her son said he would smoke in the smoking area and put the buts in his pocket and they must have dropped out throughout the room. At this time her son became very angry and tried to reach over the desk and harm me, we were in the process of calling Beach PD when they left the lobby and property. I have sent pictures to Bluegreen, this family is not allowed back on our property. The room had to be brought down for 24 hours to clean and remove the smell. FIRST OF ALL WE NEVER INFORMED ANYONE THAT MY SON WOULD BE SMOKING MEDICAL MARAJAUNA IN THE ROOM OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. WE ASKED THE NIGHT DESK MAN WHAT THE POLICY WAS BECAUSE WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE DID NOT BREAK ANY RULES.HE CALLED AND FOUND OUT FOR US. AT NO TIME DID MY SON OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY USE MEDICAL MARAJAUNA ON THE PROPERTY. MY SON USED THE APPROVED SMOKING AREA TO SMOKE CIGGS AND HE STEPED OUTSIDE ON THE BEACH TO SMOKE AS THE STAFF HAD INSTRUCTED HIM TO DO WHEN HE ASKED WHERE TO SMOKE. When **** SAID THERE WAS CIGG BUTTS IN THE ROOM. I SAID HE COULD OF PUT A CIGG BUTT IN HIS POCKET WHEN HE WAS ON THE BEACH AS TO NOT LITTER THE BEACH AND IT COULD OF FALLEN OUT WHEN HE WENT TO BED. BUT I DID NOT SEE THIS. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ALLERGIC TO SMOKE SO I KNOW HE NEVER SMOKED IN THE ROOM. WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE LEFT THE ROOM CLEAN AS WE ALWAYS DO. MRS **** IS A SCAM ARTIST THAT WILL FIND A WAY TO KEEP PEOPLES DEPOSIT EVEN IF SHE HAS TO MAKE THINGS UP. WHY WOULDNT SHE SHOW ME THE PICS SHE SAID SHE HAD, WHEN I ASKED TO SEE THEM. ITS BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE WAS TELLING LIES AND HAD NOT HAD TIME TO PLANT SOME FAKE EVIDENCE TO TAKE PICS OF. MRS **** IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND TREATED US WITH SUCH DISRESPECT. ANOTHER LIE SHE TOLD WAS THAT MY SON TRIED TO ATTACK HER. NO ONE TRIED TO ATTACK HER AND SHE KNOWS IT. WE WERE UPSET AS ANYONE WOULD BE. THAT SHE WAS STEALING OUR DEPOSIT AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT. SHE MADE THE COMMENT MORE THAN ONCE THAT WE WERE NOT EVEN OWNERS THERE WE WERE JUST BLUEGREEN PEOPLE. WELL WE USED OUR POINTS FROM BLUEGREEN THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR. SO WE WERE NOT JUST STAYING THERE FOR FREE. SHE CLAIMS WE LEFT OUR FIRST UNIT FILTHY ALSO BUT SHE DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH US CHECKING BACK INTO ANOTHER UNIT 2 DAYS LATER. IF WE HAD OF LEFT THE PLACE IN SUCH A MESS WHY WOULD SHE OF ALLOWED US TO CHECK RIGHT BACK IN. SHE KNEW WE WERE JUST CHECKING OUT FOR 2 DAYS AND CHECKING BACK IN. SHE KNEW ALL ALONG THAT SHE WAS GOING TO SCAM US OUT OF 2 DEPOSITS. SHE STOLE 600 DOLLARS FROM US AND WE DID NOT BREAK THE RULES OR DAMAGE THE PROPERTY IN ANY WAY OR LEAVE IT DIRTY. **** IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. SHE IS ALSO THE MOST RUDE PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH. ALSO MY HUSBAND IS 72 YEARS OLD AND DRAWS SOCIAL SECURITY OF 11OO A MONTH. HE PUT UP THE 2 DEPOSITS THAT TOTAL 600. THERE WAS NO WAY WE WOULD OF DONE ANYTHING THAT WOULD CAUSE US TO LOSE THE DEPOSITS. THAT MONEY WAS OUR HOUSE PAYMENT MONEY AND YOU STOLE IT FROM US. I HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT YOU DID TO US. BUT YOUR SELFISH AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF. BUT REMEMBER **** WE REEP WHAT WE SOW. AND THERE IS A THING CALLED CARMA. BECAUSE WE KNOW THEY ARE CHEATS AND SCAM ARTISTS. WHAT WE WANT IS THE 600 DEPOSITS THAT THIS PLACE STOLE FROM US. WE LEFT THE UNIT CLEAN AND AT NO TIME DID ANYONE SMOKE IN THE UNIT. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THIS PLACE HAS SCAMMED OUT OF THEIR DEPOSITS.
