Took electric bike in for tube replacement only. After two weeks they said bike was ready but after my inspection front light is out and.bike will not function. The bike was functional when took in for replacement of back tire tube only.Initial Complaint

dropped a bike off to have shifter cable and chain possible replaced. Got a estimate of $40 if that was what was wrong. I asked to be contacted before any work was to be done, and to give me a price on repair. They went and repaired it to the tune of $149.est. forgot the exact amount. i bought this bike for $20. I wanted a cheap fix. If it was going to be expensive I wouldn't have fixed it. I would have borrowed or possibly bought a brand new bike. I hadn't heard from them, so I called and got this information. I told them that that wasn't fair of them to fix it at such a high price without consulting me! Now they have my bike and I don't know what to do.
