I arrived at this car wash around 8:00am on 5/12/2023 I paid for a 10 dollar car wash upon exiting the car wash I went to the vacuum area to clean the inside of my car out upon looking my antenna had been riped off while going through the car wash my car now has black smudges AND there is a long spiral dent on the passenger side of my car I immediately addressed my issues to a woman named Heather she took pictures and took my information and said she would contact me that day after reviewing the cameras. She never contacted me so I called later in the day asking was it resolved. She told me "the antenna was attached to my vehicle by a screw and it just broke off and that my car is an older car so it would be typically for it to have dents" then she said "we can not do anything but you can come pick your antenna up if you want." I then called back asking for the district managers name to give to a lawyer if I chose to get one, she then put me on hold for 10 minutes and said she couldn't give me that information and hung up. So I called again to speak to someone else she answered again and was acting confused and being disrespectful and then hung up on me! I want my damages paid for!

April 4, 2023 we paid 42.79 for the ceramic sealant package. The computer never read our tag so the employees had to let us through manually and always put us in for the wheel wash package which is way less than what we paid for. On May 3, 2023 we took our new Mercedes through the wash and while going through there was a man in the tunnel doing maintenance work and when we come out there was a big scratch on the hood of our car. We notified on site managers, the district manager and the owner and they refuse to take care of the damages done to our car from their wash.

On September 24, 2022 between the time of 4:30pm and 5 pm, I paid $25 for a car wash at Waterworx in Lynn Haven, FL. 32444. After I used the facility's auto car wash, I noticed that my vehicle was much dirtier than when I arrived. After inspecting my vehicle, I noticed two scratches on my rear passenger side door. I spoke with the general manager and she had me text her pictures of the scratches. I did, but then was told that the car wash did not cause the scratches and the only thing they could offer me was another wash. They couldn't even refund my purchase which not only left my vehicle dirtier but scratched my paint. I just purchased this 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe brand new off the showroom floor and I know that my vehicle was not scratched prior to going through the carwash. I refused to take the re-wash because I feared of further damage.

Went to Waterworx car wash on 30 Aug 22 in Crestview Florida at around 9 am. When i went through it ripped off and broke an illuminated Chevy symbol on my truck. The manager of the store, Tyler Mayo, had to walk in to the car wash to retrieve the piece that was broken. I then asked if they would replace the broken piece. The manager said he needed to contact his district manager. He then called me a few hours later telling me that this piece is an aftermarket part and they can not replace it. He proceeded to try and tell me that the part must be defective, which it worked with no issues before I entered the car wash. The manager of the Crestview car wash was trying to put all blame on the broken item and none on the car wash itself. I explained to him that this piece was on the truck when i purchased it. I went to the Chevy dealership and got a quote of what it would cost to replace and also took picture of the broken part. I have tried to contact the district manager myself with no luck. I have been told by the manager of Crestview and Panama City Waterworx that they would have him call me and they have not. I did not appreciate that the Crestview manager trying to blame me for the item breaking. Its hard to comprehend having a perfect working item on my truck going in to the car wash and coming out with hundreds of dollars worth of damage and the carwash manager trying to blame it on me. It is also very frustrating that i can not get ahold of the district manager to try and get this issue taken care of.

On the afternoon of Friday, September 24th, 2021, at approximately 1:30pm I went to Waterworx to clean my Volkswagen Tiguan since I was in town for a wedding. I drove through the line, paid for my car wash and received a car wash. However, upon completion I got out of the vehicle to inspect and found that all four of my black powder-coated wheels were scratched. The scratches on my wheels were not there prior to the car wash. In fact all of the scratches are crossed hatched. This indicated that something scratched the wheels in a very uniform way that no human could replicate by hand. The device within their car wash that caused this was their tire shine applicator. It has stiff plastic bristles that apply tire shine. Unfortunately, afterwards I looked in their wash bay and found that vehicles with low profile tires, these bristles don't just run the tires, but the wheels as well. The car wash is not willing to reimburse me for the damages. Hence this complaint.
