            Contracted with Powner to ad extension to my existing driveway. Powner required $500 deposit for the $2800 job. Asked powner to waive the deposit until job was complete as I have been burned 3 times in the recent past by contractors not showing up for work as promised. Powner assured us he didn’t conduct business that way and gave us a start date and time. I felt assured by this answer and paid the deposit. Powner did not show the first day and didn’t answer repeated calls and texts. Hours later he did call and stated he had a delay on another job and assured me he would be at my doorstep the next morning. Again he was a no show with no communication. With no communication or showing up as promised, I canceled him and requested a refund. Later in the day he did communicate and said he would refund deposit. It’s been days now with no refund. If you hire Powner, be prepared to wait well passed your promise date and don’t expect any communication.

            Good afternoon Sir, I was One day behind schedule. I'm sorry that you have had some bad experinces before . I am happy to refund your deposit like I told you I would 4 or 5 days ago.
