      I got approved by Tyndall Federal Credit Union to get a loan for new Tesla Car . Myself and Tesla provided all requested documents . Then the bank asked Tesla for signed copy of title application even them own instructions asked only for copy of title application . I made seven visits to the bank trying to explain that Tesla can not provide signed document until I will physically pickup the car from dealer . They are selling millions of cars and never do provide signed copy in advance . Tyndall customer service did not provide any help to figure this out . Branch bank manager promised me to call me back with more info and he never did . His comment that is not a bank problem because Tesla want to sell car not them made me very upset . Obviously manager forgot that I do pay for a loan and they are selling the loan to me . I want to make sure future Tesla costumers will not make the same mistake .

      I reported fraud on my debit card and Anthony got back with me and his words were well the charges already went through. So I am just SOL. What a Credit Union!!!! Absolutely no care in the world. Not thier money!!! I will be looking for a new bank!!!

      Called the Marianna branch today to discuss my account. The call was picked up by Courtney in the call center. I asked to speak to the branch manager or any member of the management team in Marianna. I was immediately told no one was able to speak with me but someone would contact me via email. I then asked to speak with management at the Panama City branch and was again told someone would contact me via email. I asked what the phone number was to the Panama City branch and was told ALL calls to branches were routed to the call center and it had been that way "for a long time." That was lie 1. I asked for the name of the branch manager at the 23rd street branch as well as the Marianna branch and was told that she wouldn't be giving me anyone's names citing "policy" a policy she could not specify Lie 2. This woman went above and beyond to dismiss me and my call , did not get ANY information from me, no Name, Phone, Email, account number, nothing, no information. So how is it someone was going to call if she had no information?? She would not transfer me to any member of management or even give me the name of any member of management, she fabricated lies so as to not bring attention to her behavior. I called seeking any information to see if the current financial crisis in the US would impact Tyndall and if Tyndall has an umbrella corp that overseas control of Tyndall if so is that company in any position to be affected? I have been with Tyndall for 5 years, this was by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had here. please terminate this woman immediately, she is destroying your image.

      Tyndall has been nothing but amazing for me. I started out with them years ago through a used car dealership setting up financing with them. Since then I have opened a checking account, then was approved for a large credit line with them, then a savings. Paid off that vehicle, and now have another vehicle financed elsewhere that is complete garbage(CINCH AUTO). I am in the process of refinancing with Tyndall while they have this amazing promo going on right now of 25% off my initially approved APR. Which is great, I got a super low rate! It's going to be more convenient to make my payments. No convenience fees and awesome customer service. Also the credit line is amazing, absolutely NO cash back fees at all. I can transfer money from that account to my checking/savings at anytime through the app. Or go pull cash from it no questions asked. Love Tyndall. I hope to one day be able to ask them for a mortgage also and have everything all under one banking account with them. Definitely recommend.

      I opened up a dispute with them for transactions on my visa. I cancelled my card and they still had it active. I submitted the documents as requested and then they lose the paperwork and close the case. Not very productive on their part.

      The date is October 14th 2021 in the lobby at the Marianna branch is still closed. Customers should not have to wait in a car line for over 30 minutes for simple banking transactions.

      Tyndall is committed to delivering value and providing easy ways for members to bank, borrow and save with us. Our members consistently tell us they prefer digital banking channels for transactions because they are more convenient, so we have doubled down on improving our app, online banking and call center. Because so many members are now using online and video banking for their everyday banking needs, some branch lobbies remained closed so we can support the increasing number of digital transactions.

      We expect to open the Marinna Branch lobby in the near future.
