I am seeking a refund from Dog Training Elite Emerald Coast due to insufficient service. After experiencing the first 3 weeks/training lessons with this business, I became aware they were not following through on their side of the agreement. And at DTE, money must pay before the first dog training session which at this point as a client you have only spoken to a DTE member for an hour. The business has promised to provide dog training expertise among trainers, as well as consistent communication weekly. How to fit training equipment was shown to me in opposite ways by the trainers. Anthony did not pick up where Tina left off with commands, and we wasted time introducing my dog which had been done the first session. Our 3rd session was the same as the second, leaving home and letting my dog lead us wherever he wanted to sniff. My dog's training regressed at DTE. After the first session with Tina, I didn’t receive weekly calls to schedule our training sessions as assured. I had to text about upcoming training, and that was also when I was informed we would be switching trainers from Tina to Anthony. Also when I was told that all training spots had been booked except for one, during that holiday week. I asked Anthony again if I needed to call to book and was told no, DTE would call me. Our 3rd training session was a week late due to never getting the call to book. Only 1 of the 3 in-home sessions I paid for were at home. I have attempted 4 times to resolve this issue with Tina directly, but she has ceased all communication and only offered that I continue on to 8 more higher-level training with that facility who has not followed through over 3 training sessions. Their reply stated there were not enough training sessions in the program for my dog, which has me question her agreement from the start. The attachments filed include the contract between us, the invoice from the business, and an email thread with more details of the dispute.
